This place is terrible. Don’t waste your money. There are so many great places in this any this place is a 2,5 start at best. The place is run down, no one explained the resorts and we where told that we had to make dinner reservations by 4:15 or we could not go to dinner and we just arrived. Tv broke, fan broke and no concierge around to help. Please bypass this disaster. Too many wonderful places to stay at this lackluster supposedly 5 star resort.

Will definitely come back. The suites were big and beautiful. The service was excellent and the restaurants were excellent. I have no complaints they catered to all my needs.

Engaño total! En todas las fotos de su página y en lo que ofrecen aparece el seaside infiniti, pero ya que llegas te dicen que tú reserva es del seaside palms que no es el mismo, está a un ladoy ni aparece en las fotos de su página. Pides upgrade y te dicen que está lleno y es para socios. Engaño total. Además el check in dice a la 15 hrs, pero sorpresa te avisan que tú cuarto todavía no está listo, que hasta la 16 hrs y el cuarto te lo dan hasta las 17 hrs, eso sí checkout puntual a las 12:00 hrs, no comentaron nada de checkout late por el retraso. En los desayunos y comidas el servicio es a la carta y tardan una hora en servirte mínimo, refieren que nunca esperaron que llegara tanta gente, creo que entonces no hay comunicación entre reservas y la administración para que consideren la cantidad de huéspedes a recibir y el personal que deberán contar. las cenas son todas en los restaurantes de especialidad, eso sí felicito son más rápidos que los desayunos y comidas y el menú y las cenas muy rico. El personal laboral es muy amable y dispuesto a darte Ray en los carritos de golf siempre. Del lado del hotel infiniti no tiene playa son ricas y no hay acceso, solo del lado de palms hay una playita tranquila y bonita.

Le faltó algo para decir que es de 4 diamantes....varias instalaciones están descuidadas, rotas, falta re pintar edificios. Varios restaurantes tardaron un poco más de normal en servir la comida. El room service era un poco grosero y lo malo es que su menú es muy pequeño en comparación a todos los otros restaurantes. Espero que después de la pandemia tengan un mejor servicio. Instalaciones del Cuarto se llevan 5 estrellas totalmente.

Excelente lugar para vacaciones de adultos, comida al 1000, lo único es que existediscriminación para los mexicanos, la atención entre nosotros y los extranjeros si difiere y bastante. Y todos quieren propina. La persona encargada de tu atención nunca estaba en su lugar. Tuve un problema de equipaje y no me arreglaron nada

Que puedo decir de este excelente resort, tengo sentimientos encontrados por una parte tiene unas instaciones exelentes, elnpeeosnal muy amable, hasta ahora hubieron unos detalles que comprendo no están al alcance del personal puesto que hay una pandemia, pero siento que si debería o deberían darle otra oportunidad y verlo al 100% en su funcionalidad, aún sigo hospedado y me quedan un par de días, terminando mis hospedaje ya podré tener una mejor perspectiva y poder dar una mejor reseña,

Suítes Eldorado Seaside bem feitas - bela propriedade e spa incrível com uma ótima atmosfera, o que mais você pode esperar? Localizado não muito longe do Aeroporto Internacional de Cancún, este resort certamente o agradará.

Os funcionários! Absolutamente incrível, cada pessoa em Seaside trabalha duro para fornecer a melhor experiência 5 estrelas para cada hóspede. Este resort vai além e cumpre sua promessa. Independentemente do nível ou de quanto você pagou, você sempre será tratado como um royalty. Temos vindo a esta área há mais de 5 anos e esses caras têm se mantido consistentes com sua qualidade, cuidado e manutenção. Você não ficará desapontado em visitar qualquer um dos "Mr. Martin", o cara que sonhou e realizou seu sonho de construir resorts e oferecer serviços que sempre me farão voltar para mais!

Eu amo isso aqui! A comida é fantástica e a equipe é incrivelmente hospitaleira. Você pode relaxar ou fazer excursões, tudo está ao seu alcance. Adorei o aplicativo interno de hotéis para fazer solicitações e reservas. Mal posso esperar para voltar!

Amazing place and views, food really tasty, service can improve but understandable being under staff due to the pandemic. So, above all an amazing place with great service if you looking to spend time alone with your significant other!

I love it here! The food is amazing and the staff is incredibly hospitable . You can relax or go on excursions everything is at your fingertips. I loved the in house hotel app to make requests and reservations. I can’t wait to return !

The staff! Absolutely incredible, each and every person at Seaside works hard to provide the best 5 star experience for each guest. This resort goes above and beyond and they deliver on their promise. Regardless of level or how much you paid you are always treated as royalty. We have been coming to this area for over 5 years and these guys have stayed consistent with their quality, care and upkeep. You will not be disappointed to visit any of "Mr. Martin's" the guy that dreamed and executed his dream of building resorts and offering services that will always keep me coming back for more!

O El Dorado Seaside Suites é um resort fantástico! A equipe trabalhou muito para manter todos seguros e saudáveis durante o coronavírus. A comida era excelente! As praias eram limpas, varridas e mantidas em excelentes condições todos os dias. O quarto era bonito e espaçoso. O entretenimento noturno foi muito bom e desde uma grande variedade. Eu voltaria para este resort? Pode apostar - 100% - eu faria e irei!

The El Dorado Seaside Suites is a fantastic resort! The staff worked very hard to keep everyone safe and healthy during the coronavirus. The food was superb! The beaches were cleaned every day, swept, and maintained to an excellent condition. The room was beautiful and spacious. The evening entertainment was very nice and provided a wide variety . Would I go back to this resort? You bet - 100% - I would and will!

Absolutely NOT. Husband and I booked for our anniversary trip based on the reviews and pictures and were horrified once we arrived. Enough for us to check right back OUT and book an entirely new reservation. Were promised a 50% refund by resort, I signed paperwork with the front desk manager at the time, and were denied the refund three days later. We booked a private pool suite; on the golf cart ride to the room the driver told us the two other individuals on the golf cart with us had "tackled people from the golf cart" the previous day if this paints any picture of the other guests.... We got to the room and there were fingerprints all over the headboard and glass shower wall. The "private pool" was attached to several others from the balcony that was COVERED in bugs. Disgustingly so. I didn't even want to stand on the balcony based on the bug pool party outside the door. There was also an actual pool party (which we enjoy!) right outside the room- except it was obnoxious and music was blaring even with the doors shut. There was also a bleeding man sitting on the ground next to the pool party. WHAT?! We were gone within an hour and paid for a 5 night stay. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A 5 STAR RESORT. It was absolutely NOT. We moved to Valentin (another 5 star) and had an amazing time. And even extended the trip by 3 additional nights!

We had a great week thanks to Tomas and Lisbeth. Tomas had our Bali bed reserved and ready for us each morning and Lisbeth never let our drinks go dry. They were both friendly and pleasant each day! Our concierge Ivan was very helpful in reserving our dinners each night. While we took the sales tour, knowing we were not going to buy in, Dolce was pleasant and did not pressure us. Her manager Gabriel, however, would not take no for an answer and finally we had to just leave. Dora at the spa made up for that unpleasantness. Dining at the Asian restaurant was the best, but sadly, the pub was the worst. There was not a lot of evening activities if you were not there as a group and we found ourselves calling it a night early each day. On the other hand it gave us a chance to enjoy the pool before the rude people who parked themselves there and blocked others from getting drinks appeared. Overall it was a great week!
