Se você estiver viajando com crianças pequenas, recomendo o resort dele. Há muito o que fazer para crianças de todas as idades. A piscina infantil com toboáguas é tão divertida e há um clube infantil com dois animadores que entretêm as crianças o dia todo. Há também uma área de trampolim incrível para as crianças se divertirem à noite. Eles tinham aulas de aeróbica, ioga, alongamento e hidroginástica para adultos. A experiência do spa também foi incrível. A comida estava muito boa. Nós gostamos especialmente da comida na churrascaria. O buffet de pequeno-almoço tinha muita variedade e as frutas frescas eram deliciosas.A equipe foi excepcionalmente gentil e os quartos eram agradáveis, espaçosos, novos e muito limpos.No geral recomendo este lugar

Este não é um hotel de 5 estrelas e não deve ser rotulado como um. Depois de chegar às 21h57, não havia nenhum lugar para comer, beber ou até mesmo sentar além de um bar e a única opção de comida era o serviço de quarto (que demorou quase uma hora, mas tudo bem). O quarto cheirava a obsoleto e não tinha luz na varanda, então tivemos que sentar no escuro se quiséssemos sentar do lado de fora. Eles também deixaram uma bolsa de praia suja no quarto, o que era muito estranho.O café-da-manhã no dia seguinte foi bastante limitado e pouco atraente-- eu estava esperando mais para um resort que supostamente tinha bons restaurantes. Pedi um bloody mary no café da manhã e o garçom mentiu e disse que não tinha. Meu marido então caminhou até o bar para pegar um depois de 10 minutos. Eu acho que ele não queria andar os 5 pés até o bar.Ao caminhar pela propriedade no dia seguinte, havia certas áreas ao redor da piscina que cheiravam a esgoto. Ficamos felizes em partir o mais rápido possível.Quando abordei todas essas reclamações com o gerente assistente, ele disse que o gerente entraria em contato comigo - isso nunca aconteceu, apesar de deixar meu número de telefone e endereço de e-mail.Em suma, extremamente insatisfeito com esta experiência. Eu seria cauteloso de ficar aqui se você estiver procurando por uma experiência de 5 estrelas.

This is not a 5-star hotel and should not be labeled as one. After arriving 9:57pm, there was nowhere to eat, drink or even sit besides one bar and the only option for food was room service (which took almost an hour but fine). The room smelled stale and had no light on the balcony so we had to sit in the dark if we wanted to sit outside. They also left a dirty beach bag in the room which was very strange. The breakfast the next day was pretty limited and unappealing-- I was expecting more for a resort that supposedly had good restaurants. I asked for a bloody mary with breakfast and the waiter lied and said they didn't have any. My husband then walked to the bar to get one after 10 minutes. I guess he didn't want to walk the 5 ft to the bar. When walking around the property the next day, there were certain areas around the pool that smelled like sewage. We were happy to be leaving as soon as we could. When I addressed all of these complaints with the assistant manager, he said the manager would contact me-- this never happened despite leaving my phone number and email address. All in all, extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I would be wary of staying here if you are looking for a 5-star experience.

If you’re traveling with young children I highly recommend his resort. There is so much to do for kids of all ages. The kids pool with the slides is so fun & there is a kids club with two animators that entertain the kids all day. There is also an amazing trampoline area for the kids to enjoy in the evening. They had aerobics, yoga, stretching and aqua gym classes for adults. The spa experience was also amazing. The food was very good. We especially liked the food at the steak house. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the fresh fruits were delicious. The staff was exceptionally kind and the rooms were nice, spacious, new and very clean. Overall highly recommend this place

Nós (casal gay) passamos alguns dias maravilhosos no Sensira - e não poderíamos desejar mais. O quarto Amber no 4º andar tinha vista panorâmica do mar com um belo nascer do sol todas as manhãs. Adorávamos passar as tardes na bela praia de areia fina e perfeita. E a comida... rica, saborosa, ampla. O melhor foi, obviamente, o menu gourmet que tivemos - 11 campos com o emparelhamento perfeito de vinhos. Tudo incluído. E todos que trabalham lá são encantadores e prestativos. Saímos com lembranças maravilhosas.

We (gay couple) spent a few wonderful days at Sensira - and we could not have wished for more. The Amber room in the 4th floor had unobstructed view of the sea with a beautiful sunrise every morning. We loved to spend the afternoons on the beautiful beach with the perfect fine sand. And the food... rich, tasty, ample. The best was of course the gourmet menu we had - 11 courses with the perfect wine pairing. All included. And everyone working there is charming and helpful. We left with wonderful memories.

Fabuloso hotel, buffet tinha comida de alta qualidade que sempre foi maravilhosamente apresentada. O restaurante mexicano era bom, assim como o italiano, exceto por 1 noite, o bar da praia também era excelente. O restaurante francês de 10 pratos incluído no acordo com tudo incluído era de primeira qualidade e tinha chef com estrela Michelin, sous chef e chef de pastelaria! Funcionários muito atenciosos em todo o hotel. Um ponto, não há lojas nas proximidades, então leve todos os produtos de higiene pessoal, pois você precisará pegar um táxi em qualquer lugar, não pode andar.

Fabulous hotel, buffet had top quality food which was always beautifully presented. Mexican restaurant was good so was the Italian except for 1 night, beach bar also excellent food. The 10 course French restaurant included in the all inclusive deal was top notch and had Michelin star chef, sous chef and pastry chef! Staff very attentive throughout the hotel. One point, no shops anywhere nearby so take all toiletries as you'll need to take a cab anywhere, you can't walk.

Location was beautiful, architecture and feel walking around the resort was top notch. But above all was the staff, Victor was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. There were many others that were so kind like Jose, Alba, etc I wish I could remember all their names. 100% I would recommend this resort to anyone & everyone looking to have some fun and relax on the beach.

Deep in the lush Cancun jungle found myself in the exquisite Sansira Hotel. Greeted by the MOST attentive staff and tasty beverages I was finally able to sit back and relax. Was lucky to have a sunrise view every morning and a wide variety of activities to keep the fun going. Especially enjoyed getting to play volleyball with victor! Planning my next trip ASAP

La Finca De Ana was hands down the best restaurant to go to at Sensira. Sensira was a great experience all together, but if you get a chance to interact with David, Salatiel, and Saul, they are the absolute best workers on the resort! We had Salatiel as our waiter at dinner and pool side and he was just absolutely wonderful! The resort itself is beautiful and there are TONS of things to do! Really awesome experience!

I abhor fake reviews! This hotel is full of them. Reviews are meant to help consumers make more informed decisions not as a marketing ploy.Everyone who lied in their reviews, may thunder fire you! It is not nice to lie!This is not a new facility! It is dated and dirty! There are smudge marks on every door, button and window.I booked this as a relaxing vacation to start the new year and I’m very disappointed. All I can hear is loud music and kids screaming because the kids pool is smack in the middle of the hotel. 😩😩The hotel is packed and not secluded as all the bigger chains are right down the street, Hyatt, Dreams and so forth.I just checked in and customer service was terrible at arrival as my checking rep constantly kept attending to other guests while I was standing there exhausted with my husband and daughter passed out on the chair behind me as we waited 30 mins to get a room 🥲I’m so disappointed 😔

Good hotel, nice, and clean in general. Very limited food selection and very poor bar service. They lack employees, the people that work there are tired and working double shifts that affects the quality of service.

O quarto da Agatha era muito confortável e bem conservado. Embora nossa visão fosse apenas as piscinas e um pouco de vista para o mar, mas como ficamos no quarto apenas para dormir, isso realmente não importava. A equipe foi excepcionalmente extrovertida, amigável e constantemente perguntando se eles poderiam ajudá-lo ainda mais. Um agradecimento especial ao Omar, na sala de jantar principal, que sempre esteve um passo à frente e nos acolheu todos os dias com as nossas bebidas favoritas e as novas recomendadas. As piscinas eram bem cuidadas todos os dias, assim como a área da praia. O restaurante francês nunca foi aberto durante a nossa estadia, mas o resto estava aberto em dias alternados e eram todos bons, com serviço um pouco lento, mas olha, estávamos de férias então quem se importa! Definitivamente recomendo especialmente para famílias com crianças, embora as áreas para adultos também sejam ótimas.

The Agatha room was very comfortable and well maintained. Although our view was only the pools and a little view of the ocean, but since we stayed in the room for sleeping only, it didn't really matter. The staff were exceptionally outgoing, friendly and were constantly asking if they could help you even more. Special thank you goes out to Omar, in the main dining area, who was always one step ahead and welcomed us back each day with our favorite drinks and recommended new ones. The pools were beautifully maintained every day, as was the beach area. The French restaurant was never open during our stay, but the rest were open on alternate days and were all good, with service a bit slow, but hey, we were on vacation so who cares! Would definitely recommend especially for families with children, although adult areas are great also.

Nice hotel but the music in the pool is so loud that you can't hear people talking to you. There is not a quiet and peaceful place in the whole resort where you can rest because of the music. We complained and they told us that the music is only played from 4pm until 6pm. But they put it on at 9am until 6pm the loudest I have ever heard in a resort.

I picked this particular resort for the adult only amenties, the good reviews online, and that everyone said it was low occupancy.I was not happy my last night. I made a reservation earlier that week with the conceige via phone for Galeria de Sens and they didn't have it when I arrived. This place is only taking ten guests. The rude,disrespect ful Clayton acted as if I was lying. I have been at the resort a total of 5 nights and never just showed up.I knew it was reservation only. He never offered an apology for their mistake and acted as if I was an inconvenience. I ate dinner every night at 9pm, so why would I just decide to come there at 7:30pm if I didn't reserve. But anyway.....just confirm to reconfirm because I was given false information several times during my stay.Room- My room was very nice.I had an Agatha king room facing the ocean, above the infinity pool. Loved my center view from the 4th floor!! Some other rooms I would not have wanted for a view. Robes and slippers were provided and full sized luxury bath products. Just note that there is no privacy from the shower area. There is a screen, but it isn't closed off and doesn't provide full privacy. Just something to consider if you are booking with others.Food- Buffet had good and just ok days. Dinner at the a la carte restaurants was always good. I ate at all of the them except for the Mexican one. Room service was 24 hours, food was good as well. Beach snack bar was somewhat slow with timing, but items were tasty. Even when they cooked at the beach bar, it was still as slow as when they were bringing food from the main buffet kitchen. Tea house gelato is superb. The dessert items there, just ok.Bars- Top shelf liquor is available. They have a great variety of options. House wine was pretty good too. The Amber lounge is adult only, but only for guests in Amber or Ruby rooms, not all adults.Service- All the staff have been excellent and accommodating minus Clayton and his attitude. Please tip your servers and bartenders. They deserve it!! Some do not speak English very well, so the barrier can be challenging at times. Lots of miscommunication around here with some stuff.Housekeeping- needs some improvement. Out of my 5 days,my room was cleaned 2 days only. I had turndown service only 1 night. So on my last night here, they put a privacy tag on my door. Never asked for it at all. But it read that they suspended housekeeping since I requeated privacy. That is a Lie.Beach- the beach isn't the best. The beach in Cozumel and hotel zone has the pretty blue water, Not Puerto Morales. But the 5 pool areas are divine.Spa- Just spectacular. The hydrotherapy circuit is awesome. I had a body treatment and it was the best I have ever had. I went to the spa twice since it was the best. They also have a kids spa area just for them.Common areas- well kept grounds, lots of activities, the smoking area is even super nice. The only thing I didn't like was the access to the beach level restaurants. There is no direct elevator to them. You have to walk outside to access them. Not a good thing when it's storming outside.Overall I really enjoyed my time here. It was quiet for most of my trip, which I enjoyed.Not sure I will return, because it is a more kid friendly resort as it is advertised. At full capacity, this necessarily is not the spot for a relaxation getaway. I heard loud music or kids even from inside my room. The bali bed beach area, that is notated as adult only, had families there. There is also only 1 adult only restaurant which requires a reservation- but make sure they actually get your reservation or you will get treated like a reservationbandit.

O snack-bar de praia foi um pouco lento com o tempo, mas os itens eram saborosos. Mesmo quando cozinhavam no bar da praia, ainda era tão lento quanto quando traziam comida do bufê principal. O gelato de casa de chá é excelente. Os itens de sobremesa lá, apenas ok.Barras - licor de prateleira superior está disponível. Eles têm uma grande variedade de opções. O vinho da casa também era muito bom. A única coisa que eu não gostei foi do acesso aos restaurantes ao nível da praia. Não há elevador direto para eles. Você tem que sair para acessá-los. Não é uma coisa boa quando há uma tempestade lá fora.No geral, eu realmente gostei do meu tempo aqui. Foi tranquilo durante a maior parte da minha viagem, que eu gostei.Não tenho certeza se vou voltar, porque é um resort mais adequado para crianças como é anunciado. Com a capacidade máxima, este não é necessariamente o local para uma escapadela de relaxamento. Eu ouvi música alta ou crianças até mesmo de dentro do meu quarto. Jesus the bartender at the lobby bar was the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly and a hard worker! He takes great care of all the guests, and makes sure everyone has something to drink.

A pior experiência de hotel que já tive. Os quartos são lindos e a área do resort também. As bebidas no bar da piscina eram como água quando trazidas pelos funcionários, quando ficavam no bar vendo-os fazer as bebidas, eram bem misturadas. A comida no bar da piscina não valia a pena chamá-lo de comida. A maioria dos restaurantes e bares fechou durante a nossa estadia, o que não sabíamos antes e ninguém nos disse à chegada. A comida e serviço no restaurante Rodeo era muito bom. A refeição fixa no restaurante gourmet também era boa, melhorias em alguns pontos poderiam ser feitas. Es un excelente hotel para pasar una estancia en la Riviera Maya, en cuanto a instalaciones es un hotel nuevo en excelente estado, con muy buenas instalaciones,cabe mencionar que es una empresa mexicana, las habitaciones son hermosas y muy cómodas con todo lo necesario, en cuanto al servicio es excelente, desde el recibimiento por parte del Bell Boy (en nuestro caso fue el Sr. Jorge, excelente servicio y amabilidad) hasta los meseros (En especial Hever que nos atendió muy bien en el buffet) los bartender, la chica mesera del área de piscina, y los animadores Jocelyn y Ulises,en cuanto a comida los restaurantes de especialidad muy bien, la primera noche fuimos a Rodeo Grill pero también nos recomendaron el Italiano,la segunda noche fuimos a Galerie des Senses una experiencia increíble con el chef Jhon, vale totalmente la pena,también muy buen servicio por aparte del capitán Clayton,el mesero Ernesto también muy bien servicio. En general recomiendo este hotel totalmente muy buena experiencia y ansió por volver pronto

Me sorprendió gratamente este hotel, superó mis expectativas, desde el recibimiento muy cálido y diferente, el gerente súper atento cuidando cada detalle, las instalaciones maravillosas, un hotel perfecto para ir en familia y mil actividades para los niños y la convivencia familiar. El restaurante Mexicano de noche una delicia, el che se presentó a la mesa, fue cumpleaños de mi esposo y desde el recibimiento en el cuarto, la cena lo hicieron sentir especial, gracias por sus atenciones! La playa con sargazo fue imposible meterse, ellos limpiaban cada mañana, entendemos que es cosa de la naturaleza, pero no fue un punto que tomáramos en cuenta ya que todo lo demás valió la pena e hizo una maravillosa salida en familia

Worst hotel experience I ever had. Rooms are beautiful and the resort area as well. Drinks at poolbar were like water when brought by staff, when staying at the bar watching them making the drinks, they were mixed well. Food at the pool bar was not worth to call it food. Most restaurants and bars were closed during our stay, which we did not know before and nobody told us upon arrival. The food and service in the Rodeo restaurant was very good. The fixed meal in the gourmet restaurant was good as well, improvements on some points could be done. Services right there were not at all like they were described/promoted upfront. In the end we were glad to leave the resort. Sad, because the "hardware" and a few employees are really good.

It is decorated with such attention to detail and so modern. As an adult I would go here on an adults-only trip or with the family! We had three adults one child and it was perfect. There is a zip line, trampoline room, so many pools and sun beds, and a mechanical bull at the steak restaurant!! Like what???? Too fun! The staff are the hardest working people I have ever seen in the industry! Shout out to Alfonso (dining hall), Charlie and Ulises (activities), Anna (pool side service), & Nathaniel and Rafael (restaurants)!!! You all are rock stars!!!!Adding to original review- can’t believe I forgot to brag on the spa. I have had a million spa treatments in my day everywhere around the world and it honestly doesn’t get better than this place. I was stopped dead in my tracks on how incredible this service was. Embora o hotel tenha um preço alto, vale cada centavo! A equipe, os quartos, a comida e as instalações são incríveis. Você poderia passar toda a sua estadia sem sair do resort, porque há muito o que fazer lá. A equipe especialmente sempre foi super prestativa, simpática e atenciosa. Eles realmente se preocupam com a qualidade da sua estadia e garantem que você tenha um ótimo tempo!

Uma das melhores férias que já tirei. A equipe é INCRÍVEL e tão complacente !!! Os quartos são agradáveis ​​e as crianças adoraram os beliches. Experiência geral sólida e positiva. Passei 4 noites aqui com minha namorada enquanto estávamos procurando fugir, desligar e relaxar ao sol e piscina. PRÓS: O pessoal aqui é excelente! Eles fazem você se sentir muito bem-vindo e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar com qualquer dúvida ou problema.A comida é de boa qualidade. O pequeno-almoço e o almoço no buffet têm mais do que suficiente para que pessoas com diferentes apetites e paletes se sintam devidamente satisfeitas. Existem três restaurantes (italiano; mexicano; americano ocidental) na propriedade que não exigem reservas, mas apenas um está aberto por noite. As escolhas alimentares são excelentes em todos eles. One of the best vacations I’ve taken. The staff is AMAZING and so accommodating!!! The rooms are nice and the kids loved the bunk beds. The kids adventure staff was the best and my kids never wanted to leave the club house; which was fine with us because we got more time to relax and enjoy the beach/pool. The restaurants were all delicious, our favorite was the steak house with the bull riding.

Overall solid, positive experience. Spent 4 nights here with my girlfriend as we were looking to get away, unplug, and relax in the sun and pool. PROS: The staff here are excellent! They make you feel very welcome and are always willing to help with any questions or issues. The food is good quality. Breakfast and lunch in the buffet has more than enough for people with different appetites and pallets to feel adequately satisfied. There are three restaurants (Italian; Mexican; Western American) on the property that do not require reservations but only one is open per evening. Food choices are excellent at all of them. There is a fourth restaurant (French upscale) that does require a reservation and a formal dress code but we did not go there. The room was excellent. Modern, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean. I think all rooms have an ocean view. The property and landscaping are immaculately clean and well thought out. Plenty of space to walk, explore, and sit all throughout the resort. There is a coffee / gelato bar near the restaurants that is open daily from late morning until late evening. We enjoyed delicious pastries and cappuccinos at night here instead of dessert from the restaurants. The pools are awesome!! My favorite part of the resort. There are at least four pools with one specifically made for young children. But the other two or three are huge with more than enough space for everyone to enjoy themselves. CONS: Not enough people. On one hand, this could be a plus if you’re looking to completely unplug from people, but at times it felt weird walking around and not hearing or seeing anyone at 8am or 8pm. In between those hours, we saw the same 20-30 people each day. Great place for kids, but not for couples looking for activities. There simply wasn’t much for us to do beyond eat, sleep, and swim. Our last night there, the resort offered a magic show but it was 30 mins and a little cheesy. Until more people come to the resort and more activities are offered, I would only recommend this place if you are strictly looking for silence, time to rest, and enjoy good food and a pool.

Spend a great week at this resort. Great atmosphere, great food and drinks. Attentive and respectful staff plus all of the other amenities. The only downside was the beach full of seaweed, but there are plenty of pools to enjoy of if you want to bathe while seaweed season ends.

Although the hotel has a large price tag, it’s worth every cent! The staff, rooms, food, and facilities there are all amazing. You could spend your whole stay never leaving the resort because there’s so much available to do there. The staff especially were always super helpful, nice, and attentive. They truly care about the quality of your stay and make sure you have a great time!

Este hotel es el ideal si lo que quieres es servicios de Calidad, en general todo el hotel es de primer nivel, pero en mi opinión el servicio y trato de su personal es lo mejor que hay. Les puedo compartir que las habitaciones son muy comodas, la comida es realmente de primera calidad y se esmeran tanto en servir que si lo que pides no lo tienen buscan la mejor forma de complacerte, las bebidas son originales y de primera calidad, incluso si pides una bebida especial como un whisky o un tequila u otro tipo te preguntan de cuál marca quieres que te sirvan. Los bares que más les recomiendo son uno que está en el 2 nivel ambientado al estilo inglés con juegos de mesa para cartas, dominó y mesas de billar. Pero si quieren conocer lo que se llama exclusividad en bares deben conocer el bar Amber lounge del 4 nível, esto está literalmente en otro nivel. Respecto al entretenimiento les puedo compartir que hay tal cantidad de actividades que difícilmente te alcance el tiempo para conocerlos todos, existe un área de entretenimiento con consolas y vídeo juegos increíble. Por último quiero aprovechar a comentar la única área de oportunidad que observé y cuyo comentario lo externé al hacer check-out, por respeto a todos los huéspedes deben exigir el uso de cubre bocas al momento de pasar al buffet, si bien el buffet es asistido lo cual les agradezco y celebró deberían solicitar a los huéspedes que para acercarse a la mesa del buffet tienen que llevar su cubrebocas. En este tema la respuesta que me dieron fue que no lo exigen por la condición del semáforo, sin embargo difiero de esta condición, esta medida debería quedar como obligación sin importar el color del semáforo, después de todo los huéspedes todos vienen de diferentes partes del mundo y con diferentes medidas de restricción. Fuera de mi último comentario que estoy seguro la gerencia del hotel considerará, les puedo decir que si quieren pasar unos días muy agradables y conocer lo que es el mejor servicio al cliente, este es el hotel que deben visitar.

As instalações e os quartos são incríveis e confortáveis! O atendimento que prestam ao hóspede é muito educado e rápido. O hotel tem de tudo para que não haja necessidade de sair e o all inclusive é ótimo, altamente recomendado!

O hotel oferece comida de primeira classe, limpeza nos quartos e áreas comuns, gentileza e comprometimento de seus funcionários e, finalmente, quando o hotel estiver pronto, será excelente!

El hotel cuenta con Alimentos de primera, limpieza en habitaciones y áreas comunes, amabilidad y compromiso de sus empleados y por ultimo una vez terminado de su construcción el hotel, este estará excelente!

El hotel aún está en construcción fueron una vacaciones desastrosas imagina estar dormido bien agusto y que de repente te despierte la maquinaria, eso sí una atención excelente por parte del personal pero en cuanto a instalaciones no hay piscinas, ni teatro, no tiene ni regaderas en la playa realmente me decepcione bastante del hotel y más porque en las fotos muestra una realidad incierta podría decirse que es publicidad engañosa lastima que el Crown Paradise no nos escuchó al contrario pedimos un reembolso y no lo negaron, pero eso sí el hotel cobro el hospedaje como 5 estrellas lo cual obviamente no fue así... 😥
