“Ran out of hot water during one night of stay.Didn't have ink cartridge in business center nor kept hot water in the canteen for teas and hot chocolate.Why would you keep the canteen out if you're not going to keep it filled?”

“La estadía y el hotel súper bien. Al momento de hacer el check in nos pidieron una garantía 100 dólares, se pagó con tarjeta de débito ( tarjeta mexicana), hicimos check out , y hasta ahora han pasado casi 2 meses y el hotel no nos ha devuelto esa cantidad. TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO. EL HOTEL NOS RESPONDE NI NOS DA ALGUNA SOLUCIÓN.”
