“Amazing hotel at the heart of Palo Alto. It’s pricey but very fancy. Excellent customer service and amenities. Love their automated everything in the room especially the sensor controlled and heated toilet. The huge Wall mounted TV is a bonus. Very well stocked room and the amazing restaurant downstairs.”

“The female receptionist who answered the phone when I called had a disdainful attitude so I had to end the conversation quickly. I said thank you, and that I would leave a review so others could hear about my experience. I won't use her name here, but I asked a very simple question and I did not mean to offend her by it. She must have felt the need to express her opinion about it by her tone and punctuation of voice. I may visit this hotel in the future as it looks upscale and beautiful, but I do believe it is important to have a more professional staff if your hotel room rates are $400+.”
