Fuimos a ver un partido de rugby y esa cadena de hoteles nos encanta. Vimos que estaba cerca del campo y reservamos. Muy grande la habitación. Con ducha y bañera. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy completo. Nos dan una pinza de madera a cada uno para servirnos. El personal del comedor y de recepción muy bien.

Muy bien, buena atención y la habitación espectacular,muy diferente con respecto a otras en las que he estado.

Es cierto, que no reservamos con antelación, pero después de una hora en la habitación, me quedé heladita de frío. La chica de recepción, solo quería cambiarnos de habitación, después de una hora allí y nuestras cosas colocadas...no estaba el de mantenimiento. Sólo una chica en recepción, que no sabía qué hacer. Mucho frío... Luego no, no se porqué. Lo demás... Bien.

Muy buen hotel para realizar la convención. Muy buena organización. Personal muy amable. Lo negativo: puertas de los baños generales. No es viable que la puerta sea más chica que el hueco y que, por tanto, cualquier otro usuario pueda verte hacer uso del water.

Nunca he tenido una experiencia tan horrible y tan desagradable.... Hace una semana reservé una habitación con ellos a través de booking, hice unas peticiones de check in y de check out ya que no ibamos a estar mas que unas horas y todo fue ACEPTADO, la sorpresa nos la llevamos hoy a las 7 de la mañana cuando queremos entrar al hotel y sale una señorita por llamarla de alguna manera que nos dice de muy malas formas que se ha cancelado por que no aceptó la tarjeta, me meto a ver la reserva en booking y sigue ACTIVA y se lo enseño que ya se me ha cobrado el dinero, pues nos han dejado en la calle a las 7 de la mañana con 4°, después de pagar 135€ por la habitación, diciendo que como nos podían dejar asi en la calle que llevaba la reserva echa una semana y esta todo pagado.... Estando en la puerta del hotel mi pareja y yo buscando un sitio donde dormir me llega un email de que ha reserva ha sido cancelada POR El ALOJAMIENTO.... La han cancelado ellos una vez no nos han dejado entrar, nos han echo sentir como unos perros, la señorita no tenía ni un poco de educación ni profesionalidad para trabajar en el sitio donde trabaja. Y desde luego deja mucho que desear que te dejen en la calle y no te avisen con tiempo para que puedas buscar otra cosa, que te mientan en tu cara diciendo que no se ha aceptado el pago cuando les estas enseñando que si se ha cobrado y que la reserva sigue estando en la página, la mala educación con la que nos han tratado... Fatal fatal fatal tendrá muchas estrellas pero son verdaderos ladrones y delincuentes... Los mayores sinvergüenzas

TODO ESPECTACULAR: el trato, las instalaciones, la comida, la atención y sobre todo el personal. Ana, César, Jorge...Y una larga lista de compañeros nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Detallistas, amables, atentos, no se puede pedir más para compartir un evento con tus allegados. Sois magníficos, de verdad. ¡100% recomendables!

El hotel está genial. Pasamos el fin de semana y estuvimos muy cómodos. Sin problemas para aparcar y con buen acceso y salida. La habitación muy chula y con buenasvistas de la zona. El desayuno súper completo y muy cuidado el tema del covid. La atención del personal genial muy amables y atentos todos. Volveremos seguro.

This hotel, which is highly convenient for my meeting point is largely disappointing. Whilst the cost is acceptable, the 4* achievement seems a stretch. Check in was a drawn out process. There were 2 receptionists and 3 of us checking in, yet it took 2 of us 30 minutes to get our key card. The lighting throughout the hotel including the rooms is lacking and there is a distinct lack of sound proofing of the rooms, resulting in a disturbed sleep. Lack of sleep was not aided by an inability to access any climate control and despite it being the end of October my room was consistently very warm. Finally, on my last night, room service had attended my room and opened the window. Returning after a fun night in Madrid, I was pleased the room was cooler but could not close the window, which meant listening to the passing traffic until I eventually fell asleep. In summary, I would only stay at this hotel if it's convenient for your schedule I.e. meeting place, otherwise avoid and find somewhere else.

Muy cómodo y funcional. Desayuno muy bueno. El personal muy amable con buena disposición. A una distancia razonable del aeropuerto. Excelente relación calidad precio.

Great room size, comfortable need, good buffet

Nice enough hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately not trying very hard when it comes to Covid - no bar at all for example and nowhere to get anything to eat or drink before 20:30 (then closes 22:30). There are very few bars, restaurants or shops close by.

Awesome Rooms, for indian only one thing, if you wanna charge mobile in any hotel in europe buy a extension for it.

Nice hotel. The bar next to reception is just weird. It's not a bar. You have to wait for the bar staff to appear give them an order they disappear and come back with the wrong thing.I can'tfigure why they don't have an actual bar. It's not cool and it's not customer focused. The breakfast buffet/choice is amazing one of the better ones I've been too.

Pretty standard hotel, nothing special. Breakfast is OK, service in the Restaurant / Bar needs to improve, which can simply be done by not completely understaffing. The staff in general is welcoming and friendly, which is very much appreciated (thank you). The area is a mix of gated communities & businesses. There is not really much in the area except you are going to other side of the highway, approx ~25min walk, where you find decent restaurants etc.

Stayed here for 3 nights in August. The receptionists were friendly. They had cold lemon and orange water as well as some candies as welcome refreshments.The room was nice with a big window. The bed was comfortable, not so hard but not soft either. They have various pillow selections for free, make sure to order your favourite type while the room service still there.The wardrobe wasn't very efficient because of the door placement and the inside structure. But they have drawers, enough hangers and safe box.The bathroom has toilet, bath and shower room separated by glass doors. The glue around the sink and shower room seemed old and brown. Two lights in the toilet were also broken so it didn't look as fancy as it should be.During the time the terrace and gym on the top floor wereclosed without any warning before reservation or information in the room.Breakfast was great! Lots of selections. You can have English breakfast without black pudding. For cold breakfast they have muesli, sausages and cheeses. Lots of different juices, pastries, cakes, as well as fruits. They make sure that everything is still available until the end of breakfast time. The breakfast on the weekend has more selection than during the weekdays.The surroundings were not so easy to get to without car. All in all it is a good value for about 50€/night.

Upon entrance, the lobby was huge and very spacious. The front desk clerk was very nice and attentive.She was very helpful. The hallways to the rooms were very nice and clean. The room itself was very nice and up to date. The bathroom consisted of shower and a tub separate and apart. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the entrance to the price, it was phenomenal. The bathroom of our room I absolutely loved. The room didn't smellike cigarettes. I definitely recommend this place.

If you do not have your own means of transport, it is very uncomfortable to get to or from the hotel. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the landscape from the rooms is...
