“¡¡Absolutamente maravilloso!! The room was beautiful and spacious enough for all of my needs. The location was great, being steps from Harrods and the Tube making any London area extremely easy to get to. The best part of the hotel was the staff. The concierge, housekeeping, and bellmen were the best I've ever experienced. As a young woman I've never been treated as great as I have been at the Capital Hotel. I could not recommend staying here enough. I can't wait to come back and visit.”

“Delete my previous high ranking. Because some things varied from 4 and 5 to 2, and the last was 0 stars. Why? ... were overcharged after being quoted a specific amount. The overage was about 600 lbs more than the quote, which was written down by the desk clerk, so a significant amount. My husband did not look and I did not see the page of paper handed to him just as we entered the taxi for the airport. So I have told my credit card company we dispute the charge. I have tried but had trouble reaching any one of three places to help me: the hotel staff, the owner company, and the booking agent. Any help appreciated.”
