Foi das melhores viagens que fiz e das melhores equipas que apanhamos. Esperamos repetir muito em breve. Continuem assim, a primar pela excelência!

El hotel maravilloso , un paraíso si tengo que nombrar a todos los que unieron sus esfuerzos para ser de esta experiencia algo soñado, no me alcanzan las palabras . Quiero hacer una mención especial al equipo de animación en su totalidad, son los mejores y destacar a Gustavo quien nos ayudó a resolver un problema con una excursión que ni siquiera había contratado aquí. Y mención con honores para Frida, que se preocupo por mi más allá de sus deberes, quien me trató con una alegría y una calidez única, quien bailó junto a mi e hizo que este viaje sea más mucho más de lo que espere. Amazing stay at a fantastic resort. Food and facilities were excellent, with a mixture of quiet and lively pools. The ability to visit the sister hotels was an extra bonus, and meant there was also lots going off. Big shout out to the entertainment team for putting on plenty of activities throughout the day and making the stay thoroughly enjoyable!

We are currently on vacation here and it has been excellent. The food at the Sian Ka’an is amazing, plenty of choice and so fresh. The entertainment team work tirelessly, the hotel is so lucky to have Adrian working for them. He is so much fun and makes sure everyone feels they are part of the party. I would also like to compliment the management team especially Andres, he has been exceptional. I have never seen customer service like it. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to visit again!!

Os aconsejo, no vayáis a este complejo, yo estuve 14 días y fue un completo desastre, al llegar que el recepcionista estaba dormido y tuvimos que esperarle,me dieron una habitación inundada cuando ellos de antemano te dicen que elegirán la mejor posible, mentira, las puertas fallan y las maderas dan asco. trabajadores que solo quieren propina, y la esperan en todo momento, desorganizados al máximo están todo el día molestándote xq se les han olvidado todo, geles de baño, bebidas, y hasta limpiar la habitación.habitaciones húmedas, todos los días problemas con las habitaciones que son súper antiguas de 40 años o más. tv sin Smart tv, cortinas rasgadas y rotas, es súper caro y no merece la pena, yo tenia jardín y jacuzzi y me dijeron que el jacuzzi solo me lo preparaban 2 días de los 14 como? 😱 entonces para que lo pago? Los managers Te torean diciendo que te desean una buena estancia pero realmente están deseando que te marches xq no te solucionan nada,perdimos las notas de nuestras vacaciones mientras arreglábamos todos estos problemas. Es una estafa en toda regla, me queje y hablé con el director el señor Juan basaldu, el último día antes de venirme, estrategia suya xq yo llevaba 12 días quejándome y se lavó las manos con mi queja, dándome una tarjeta de customer service, y customer service, el señor Sergio canche me ofreció 100 miseros dólares después de yo haberme gastado 2885 euros, dándole absolutamente igual que yo publique esto, la realidad me sentí engañado y frustrado. No vayáis a sian kan, no vuelvo a ir más nunca ni a mexico ni a un Bahia principe es mi recomendación.

We came to Sian Ka'an for our honey and absolutely loved it. The welcome team booked our fantastic Al Carter dinners. Each night we dined in a different Bahia Principe hotel which made each day unique. We loved the 80s night, the rock show, Mexican night and the pool side break dancing which was mind blowing. A huge shout of to Alfonso who has kept us entertained, dancing and smiling our whole trip! He roped us in to playing la bottle hopefully we will win next time! Gustavo has been a pleasure to talk to, his energy is refreshing and he is a pleasure to talk to! Every other other member of the entertainment, ,cooking , front of house and cleaning crew have made our holiday memorable. Thank you so much for having us !

Un hotel en plena selva. El descanso y el relax está garantizado. Me acosté y me desperté con el canto de los pájaros. Muy limpio, el buffet muy bueno y sus restaurantes también. Muy recomendable para gente que busca una desconexion total, sin ruidos, solo el sonido de la naturaleza.

A pesar de que nunca vamos a hoteles "todo incluido", como ya conocíamos el país de otros años, decidimos optar por este tipo de vacaciones en nuestra última visita a México.El hotel es increíble, muy cuidado con una decoración exquisita.Las habitaciones espaciosas, piscinas y restauración muy buena.El servicio es muy amable y atento.Lo mejor del hotel es que puedes acceder a las instalaciones de los demás hoteles de la zona y no se admiten menores de edad, por lo que el relax está asegurado.Obligatorio salir del hotel a conocer la zona mejor.

Tienen todos para ser un verdadero hotel de lujo. Las instalaciones están bien, el hotel en general es bonito, tranquilo, no está viejo y se ve que le dan mantenimiento seguido. La calidad de la comida es muy buena en los servicios a la carte. En buffets es buena, y en servicio a la habitación es muy reducida. Nos hospedamos en una garden suite con bañera al exterior. No tiene privacidad, las personas pasan enfrente de ti y se quedan viendo, huéspedes y staff. Debería cubrir con vegetación.

Pasamos una estancia agradable y relajante. Los del entretenimiento son muy atentos y amables (divertidos tambien 🤗) esperemos vernos prontito, gracias por todo. Fuimos tambien al Spa, son un equipo muy servicial y atentos. Disfrutamos mucho de los masajes, fueron muy profecionales. Los recomendamos mucho 🙏. I loved my stay at Sian Ka'an.It was immaculately clean, the service was amazing, the food was delicious.I especially enjoyed the Yoga classes led each morning by Victor (a great Yoga instructor).Our concierge, Adrian, went above and beyond to ensure that he anticipated our every need.I would also like to mention the wonderful and attentive service provided in the restaurant by Ramon and the great service provided by our driver Julio. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.Just what I needed in the midst of all of the stress and challenges of daily life. The superb Covid protocols eliminated anxiety.I hope I will be able to return.

It’s impossible that this is anything other than a 2 star hotel.It may actually be the worst bait and switch experience of my travelling life. (Over 200 days a year for biz and pleasure).Agreed…. Service has been kind and professional. Almost everyone is nice.However…. The rooms are infinitely old, broken, and grossly dirty. (Imagine the Bates hotel meets the Yucatan). Dirt, dust, soap residue, bird droppings covering the entire window, swaths of chippedpaint, broken lights, a shower that spits at you etc etc etc. Yikes!Plus…. It’s a 10 minute ride from the beach and across a highway. Don’t underestimate what it takes to have a beach vacation here. This hotel is NOT THAT!The grounds are dark, removed from the beach, old, and everything is far.I can’t imagine how some of the reviews were so kind. I can only imagine that they were‘bought’ reviews. It’s the only explanation I can imagine.I want to be kind about my review…. But it’s not possible this time.

The resort is beautiful with all amenities to of a 5 star resort feel.However that’s not the most impressive part.The staff works absolutely tirelessly to make the guests have a great experience.Concierge is incredible and ready for happy to help with every request at any moment.The entertainment staff is what really set this resort apart.I can’t say enough about them.These men and women are out all night and up first thing in the morning with endless energy constantly ensuring that guests have a good time.They develop relationships with all guests throughout their stay.They walk around the outdoor areas all day in between the numerous activities/competition they organize to talk with guests.They are always available to help with any questions about the resort, or any small part of your time in Mexico.If you don’t come to this resort for the beauty, come for the staff to make your stay unique and unforgettable.

My parents and I visited Sian Ka'an this month and it was amazing! From the weather to the resort staff - excellent! The entertainment guys - especially Gustavo, Valentino, and Adrien went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and fun! With this resort being kid free, it was very quiet and relaxing though the ability to visit the other resorts is great. Highly recommend this vacation destination and to seek out the amazing workers and their amenities/offerings!

My son and I stayed here from November 1st 2021 for 10 days, I have to say we couldn't fault the whole complex. The staff are amazing and so helpful. The ladies in the buffet and staff around the pools, nothing was ever too much trouble. But I must compliment Angel on his entertainment team. Fantastic is an understatement. Gustavo Adrian Valentino but above them all was the pocket rocket Maleni. As mad as a box of frogs but brilliant at what she does. Thank you all so much for making our stay such a great one. Definitely hope to be back soon

El hotel ha bajado mucho de categoria, nada que ver de cuando estuvimos en 2018. No volveremos, nefasto. No cumplió para nada nuestras expectativas.Hotel muy abandonado.Hace tiempo que no ven la pintura.Nuestra habitacion 42823 terrible olor a humedad.Y limpieza 0.Buffet repetitivo 100%comida y cena lo mismo.Después de muchos años fieles a Bahia Principe esta ha sido nuestra última vez.Cuidado no os engañen.Si elegis Bahia Principe en Mexico optar por Akumal, es el único en el que estan volcados ahora.

Pros, Excellent service most of the time. Really nice and friendly staff, did always say hi, made jokes and was really friendly. Comfy beds and pillows and also really clean rooms. Now the cons, can't set the AC do if you like a bit colder in the room you can't change it. Our AC was also broken for 2 days while they tried to fix it and did not offer any other room. They canceled one of our restaurant bookings without any notice or explanation why. We had a friend that was supposed to pick us up to drive us to the airport but he was not allowed to come in and pick us up at the resort because they want you to pay ridiculous amounts fora taxi. We were also supposed to get free shuttle to the airport but apparently we were supposed to book that right away wich it didn't say when we booked so we had to pay $100 for an hour of taxi instead. When we ate at the Mexican restaurant they put us on the buffet instead of the a la carte, why? Don't know but they were out of a lot of food and also they were out of plates for 20 minutes so we could just sit there. If I recommend this place? Nah, for the price we paid and for what we got I would rather book my holiday somewhere else in the future.

Highly recommend!! Had such a great experience at this resort!! If you get a chance go visit Alex at the Sushi bar!! Great Bartender!! And the entertainment was top notch. Valentino and his crew were awesome keeping us laughing!! Great job!!

Destacar el trato de Ramon y Anabel en el buffet han sido maravillosos con nosotros❤️ Los monitores no se quedan atrás son muy divertidos todos en especial Valentino jugó al pimpón con mi marido y nos reímos un montón, queda la revancha pendiente. No hot water in the rooms, not just mine, none of the other 15 in my group either. No coffee maker in the room, no beach within 10 minutes. If you just want to lounge around a pool and you’re ok with a cold shower this is the place for you. Golf course was good, food above average .

La estancia ha sido maravillosa, es imposible aburrirse con este gran equipo de entretenimiento, es imposible aburrirse con este simpático y amable grupo del cual forman parte todos los de entretenimiento, son muy simpáticos al igual que todo el personal del hotel, todo el mundo es muy servicial, amable, así da gusto. Espero volver pronto y volverme a encontrar con gente así, estos si que merecen la pena conocer y de estar con ellos haciendo diferentes actividades.

Entertainment crew here is top-notch. Fantastic hospitality mindset. Adrian and Valentino really helped make our trip. The resort needs some improvement in the service and quality department as a whole but we will chalk it up to being just two weeks after being closed for Covid. I hope for improvement, to return, and see again all the positive staff we want to share joy with again.

The two stars belongs to pool service and room service. I write this with a heavy heart because I loved Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal for my birthday last year. I decided to try the Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an for my birthday this year but was thoroughly disappointed. Major points: 1) We arrived at 1pm and our penthouse was not ready till 5:15pm. We were assured it was ready so, assisted by a staff member, we carried our bags up all the stairs. Upon settling in, I go upstairs to check out our roof top tub and find a painter there! We could have been naked!!! 2) It was like pulling teeth to get dinner reservations in any restaurant for all the nights we stayed even for my birthday dinner. The staff needed cajoling to try to help us and did not seem to have the resources or zeal to do so. 3) Our room had a leak right above the right side of the bed. 4) The rooms are quite outdated and the tiny TV has maybe 4 English speaking channels without subtitles. It is not a smart TV. Unfortunately, Our neighbors Air conditioning was not working so there was frequently a lot of noise. I’ll spare you all more details and names to keep this short but Bahia Principe has lost my business and that of anyone I know for good. This resort really dropped the ball.

It just open again since COVID closing. The buffet, and some bars are not fully operational. I went to Akumal and Tulum resort most of the time. However, the shuttle service is spotty. Often not available at night. It's suppose to be every 10-15 minutes. I was late for one of my dinner reservation. Waited over half a hour. The upside is that it is quiet. Few people are at the pools. No lineups for the buffet.

Maravilhoso. Pessoal muito simpático e sempre disposto a agradar. Condições magnificas: bons quartos, limpeza espetacular, comida espetacular, óptimas piscinas e uma bela praia. Animação cinco estrelas, animadores a destacar pela seu trabalho magnifico, esforçado e além de tudo muito profissionais e responsáveis, desempenham tão bem o seu papel que sempre que venho para o Bhaia Principe (já é a terceira vez) e me vou embora fico com uma lágrima no olhos quando me despeço dos animadores. Estou quase a ir embora mas quero agradecer em especial aos animadores: Luna, Delmar, Rosário, Elder, Osmar e Ricardo. Um bem haja para eles e para todo o resto de pessoal que de um modo geral foram muito simpáticos.

Chegamos há dois dias e não podíamos estar mais satisfeitos! Desde o hotel que é incrível, muito amplo, muito bonito inserido no meio da natureza , até aos funcionários que são de uma simpatia extrema e que estão constantemente a nos querer agradar é proporcionar a melhor experiência no México! Adorei a estadia no Bahia Príncipe Sian ka'an. Ficamos num edificio junto à piscina do jacuzzi. Correu tudo muito bem, a comida é excelente, o espaço lindo, as piscinas são maravilhosas, a praia super boa (sim, tinha sargaço, mas o senhores recolhiam a alga incansávelmente)... um sonho. A única coisa que me desagradou foi a empregada que limpava o quarto, nos primeiros dias correu tudo bem, como seria normal, mas nos últimos dias da nossa estadia começou a falar com gel de banho, toalhas, garrafas de água e até mesmo a limpeza do espaço. É algo impensável para um hotel de 5 estrelas... Não se admite a falta de atenção. Felizmente o serviço de mordomo funciona bastante bem. Aos outros funcionários deste hotel um bem haja foram impecáveis e incansáveis.

Não há palavras para descrever a experiência desde a simpatia dos empregados à comida de excelência. Tudo é excepcional!

Procuram praia e descanso? Vão para o Akumal. O Sian Ka'an apesar de ser adults only vão ter muitos insectos, mosquitos, baratas, melgas para vos chatear o resto da estadia. Não digo que no akumal não haja, mas como não está coberto de vegetação não tem nem metade desta fauna... Foi necessário pedir todos os dias uma fumigacao para conseguirmos entrar e sair do quarto a noite sem estes "convidados" nos acompanharem. Relativamente ao restante.. São cópias exactas aos outros bahia principe. Mesmos restaurantes, mesmas bebidas... A praia, vão vos vender que é só para o sian kaan... Mas mais de metade que lá estava era do akumal e ninguém queria saber.. Praia era +18 e ninguém queria saber... Até animação faziam no pontão, fazia sentido as crianças não terem acesso? Sargaço, muito sargaço estavam o dia todo a encher um trator... Mas isso nao é culpa do hotel, eles bem limpavam e a praia era a mais "limpa" das redondezas... Melhor restaurante foi o Mashua.

Por todos os aspectos, comida atendimento, animacao tanto na praia como no hotel e muita alegria...obrigado por tudo..

Uno de los mejores hoteles que haya en el mundo, una maravilla, no hay queja que poner. La habitación con un jacuzzi y vistas de infarto, el Buffet tiene tanta variedad que no te cabe en la cabeza la cantidad y variedad de comida que hay, cada día es de cada país distinto. Los restaurantes muy bonitos. Espectaculos cada día distintos de magia, baile, canto...Un lugar muy tranquilo y romántico, esta un poco retirado de otros hoteles de la cadena pero en unos minutos te llevan a cualquiera que quieras. Recomendable 100% volveremos.

Muy buen lugar como adults only, hay un personal espectacular, pero para la excelencia pondría algún mistery shopper o algo similar, a los españoles no nos tratan también como a los extranjeros americanos o de otra nacionalidad y eso se nota. Lógico que nosotros no tenemos la costumbre de las propinas, pero que no se les note tanto si son profesionales. En el buffet quisimos plátanos flameé y tuvimos una guerra porque no querían hacérnoslos, pero acababan de hacérselos a otros turistas americanos. Los camareros guardan los mejores sitios (mesas) para turistas determinados. La directora te invita a ver el nacimiento de las tortugas si le da la gana, si no se hace la loca,no tratan a todo el mundo por igual.La calidad de las bebidas tampoco es para tirar cohetes y echamos en falta más sitio de fiesta hasta desvanecer, siendo un solo adultos y no para el incerso. Aún con todo esto ¿volvería? la respuesta es si, Si porque creo que las cosas se pueden mejorar con reseñas como esta, porque los trabajadores se piensan que cuando vuelvas no te vas a acordar de lo que te hicieron, pero si te acuerdas y amenazo con volver¡¡¡ ;))) y además el enclave es fenomenal y conocimos gente muy muy agradable que gracias a esos grupitos sí que tuvimos fiestas innolvidables¡¡¡

These areas lie in parts of all seven Caribbean Sea coastal municipalities of the state, with the largest part being in eastern Felipe Carrillo Puerto Municipality, where the vast majority of Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve lies. Part of the reserve is on land and part is in the Caribbean Sea, including a section of coral reef. The reserve has an area of 5,280 km2.[5] The reserve also includes some 23 known archaeological sites of the Maya civilization[3] including Muyil. Remains of the Decauville railway Vigía Chico-Santa Cruz, which was operated from 1905 to 1932, can be found at several places. Within the Amigos de Sian Ka'an project objectives are the identification, protection and management of additional areas with high biodiversity value as well as those critical for maintenance of the life cycles of endangered, threatened and migratory species in the Riviera Maya and providing environmental education through books, journals and pamphlets and giving technical assistance and training to Mayan communities working with ecotourism.Sian Ka'an ”significa“ puerta del cielo ”o“ un lugar donde comienza el cielo ”. Las mejores vacaciones de mi vida !!! Desde la entrada al hotel , buen recibimiento con copa de champan con guinda , te llevan las maletas a la habitación en un mini coche junto a ti, los empleados todos encantadores nos hicimos amigos de muchos de ellos muy serviciales y para todo lo que necesites . La habitación era increíble muy amplia y con todo lujo de detalles , recambio de mini bar diariamente , servicio de habitaciones las 24h y limpieza diaria . Estas en medio de selva y es un lugar muy tranquilo y especial , lo mejor que es solo adultos pero puedes pasar al resto de risort vecinos pero ellos al tuyo no ! Tienes tu zona exclusiva en la playa tmb . En cuanto a la comida un 10 muchísima variedad de todo , además hay bares abiertos las 24h , la única pega que las bebidas no son de muy buena calidad . Las piscinas son expectaculares hay variadas son muy bonitas y grandes , tmb hay bar dentro de la piscina . Existen varios restaurante temáticos , recomiendo probarlos todos y reservarlo con antelación cuando llegues al hotel ya que se agota rápido las horas de reservas . En definitiva es un hotel de más de 10 , volveré segurísimo !!! 100% recomendable !!!

As the previous review stated, this resort will NOT be open until NOV. I too made a rsv directly with BHP the first week of May for SK for this July but paid in full. I only found out by happen chance while searching the resort on FB and the comments on their fan page indicated rsv were being switched if booked with an agency (Canada). Immediately, I sent email after email and only two responses where ever received. One telling me to visit their website to see what hotels are open and another stating the hotel is closed and to email the reservation address directly (I DID!). When trying to call their call center I was miraculously disconnected after they pulled my rsv up. FINALLY, an agent confirmed my rsv was switched over to Akumal and that I would have a like room. This is fine and all but like room is not ADULTS ONLY! Additionally, the rates are higher at SK. After being completely upset over this I was placed on hold for 15 min to be told they have internal notes to place me in the adults only section or possibly a ocean front room. When asked why no one bothered to reach out to me, the rep stated they are just starting to contact reservations made in June/July. This is a drag and foreign to me as I have been a LONG time guest of BHP resorts. I have stayed at Akumal, Tulum and Coba many many times. Sian Ka’an was the only resort we had yet to stay. In fact, my family just returned from Tulum this April. I have never experience such unprofessional service. We’ve been guests at their resorts all over since 08 but after this, we will never book again. Bahia - All you had to do was contact me and tell me this. I am fine with Akumal but all you did was take my money and quietly hope I’d not notice until I got there and you’d think I’d have no other options so I’d just stay. Imagine if this were a first time guest. Thinking they booked one resorts only to be shafted. Terrible. You are taking ppls money interest free and other offering a lesser product. One someone may not want at all.

The place is a ghost town. Not a single soul here. They're not reopening until April 2021.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Sian Ka’an as we were upgraded from our original room. The staff were attentive, kind and very helpful.We enjoyed the variety of restaurants that was offered and the food and service was excellent.We did not mind the travel to the beach and were grateful for the easy access to the trolleys to take us there when we wanted.All in all, we had one of the best vacations ever and we are already planning our next visit! ❤️

Spent a week in this beautiful resort. The staff were amazing, the food was great and the rooms were beautiful. Seen lots of wildlife as well. Lots of bugs but to be expected being in the jungle. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Great having access to more then one resort as well and a shuttle to and from the beach and other areas. The little market and casino is also very cool and the live entertainment was very entertaining!

Killer mosquitoes on the loose! Bring your repellent!!!The resort is great! Clean and friendly staff are standing by to assist you with all your needs. Lots of activities for the entire family to enjoy. Stayed at the adult only property and was not disappointed. The food and drinks have been above what I imagined. The excursions have also been so satisfying. The culture is rich and the weather is great in March . So come on down and enjoy!!

I love this place. I have been there twice now and plan to go back many more times. The rooms were nice, the food is great, the buildings and nature are beautiful, the staff are excellent. If you have a chance to visit this resort, do it.

Everything is just perfect. The staff are their best asset. Good is varied and of excellent quality. Being able to freely access the other sister hotels on site is brilliant. All in all the best holiday we have had 😀😀🇲🇽😀😀

This is definitely the best out of the 4 hotels they have in the area. Food, rooms, attention, everything is excellent. We did not mind the 10 minutes way to the beach by golf cart, but it could be a downside for someone. The plus side is the beautiful surrounding areas full of green, like in the middle of the jungle. The Mikado restaurant has one of the best menus. I will come back for sure

The staff, weather, food etc. Has been great. I will definitely be back. The buffet is the best I have ever had. But the people knock it out of the park.

Halfway through our fourth visit to Sian Ka’an. As wonderful as always. Great food and drink. Love relaxing poolside. Delmar (entertainment leader) is great. Gets everyone involved. Very enthusiastic.

This place was the best to vacation at! The people are amazing, the entertainment was phenomenal (way better than I was expecting! Especially the circus act!) And the views! It beat all my expectations, would 100% recommend to anyone. Also the trolly system is great!

Above and beyond expectations! The pools were quiet and serene, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and a snack bar. We had access to all the resort's surrounding which made it so great to explore! The staff was superb and made us feel so welcome and special! We definitely highly recommend this resort!!!!

Amazing time, wonderful resort with beautiful lush surroundings, great food and excellent drinks. Third time visiting and will be back more than once more. The workers are super friendly and will do anything you ask. Highly recommended. I'll also add that Carlo serving the pool around Alux went above and beyond everyday to ensure my wife and I were having a great time and always well served!! Demo in the buffet was great as well, and always kept an eye out for us at every meal!! Cant say enough good things about this place.

Have had 12 days here the food is fantastic. The staff are good. There is one member of staff at the sushi bar pool who is very poor at his job he was very rude to new comers. He never gave pool bar service. He would rather be on his phone or ignore customers also he was lazy as well. I did have words with him. As it was part of our service that we had paid for. He was the only down side to our holiday. He needs to wash the pots in the kitchen as he is not good for a front of house service to customers at all.

My 2nd visit to this glorious paradise! The rooms are lovely...many choices for beautiful pools beaches fabulous....food top choices tasty fabulous and top of the line...the shows and entertainment...
