Primeira vez ficar aqui e certamente ficarei novamente. O lugar era limpo, a equipe era amigável e o serviço de atendimento ao cliente no local. Você pode definitivamente dizer que eles fazem parte da marca Hilton.

First time staying here and will definitely stay again. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the customer service was spot on. You can definitely tell they are part of the Hilton brand.

Didn't have the service that l expected. Call front desk also didn't have answers , transferd to the manager also didn't know what to do . Finally supervisor called and said because of covid-19 we couldn't get TV service . What does covid-19 has to do with local cable? The hotel front door couldn't open on it's own.... Sorry but it was a horrible experience ...never saying there again.

Nice clean comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there's no housekeeping due to covid and I have to go down to the desk for more coffee and towels. But its a great 4 stars👍

I just arrived to this hotel . The front doors were locked . But there’s a phone to call the front office to let them know your outside . So I dail 0 n Alexis think that was her name . Asked me for me last name I gave it to here then she couldn’t hear me so she asked for my confirmation # I didn’t have it on hand so she let me in . When I got in she immediately told me she was going to cancel my reservation becus she said I was being rude . I never been through this befor me my life . Im calming telling her I don’t have a attitude then she told me she would call the police if I don’t leave . I told her I just came all the way here n I’m going to sit here until my Uber comes. I told her to call her manager . I manger told me she will cancel my reservation but she let me sit n the lobby until my Uber arrived .. very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed. I never had a hampton do this to me .

A recepcionista foi excelente eo quarto era muito limpo, também o café da manhã está incluído e era adequado. Esta localização é perto de vários estabelecimentos de refeições, o que é muito conveniente.

The receptionist was great and the room was very clean, also the breakfast is included and was adequate. This location is close to several eating establishments which is very convenient.

Ótimo hotel, as meninas da recepção foram muito doce e amigável. Não vi um único inseto ou item sujo e nenhum cheiro fedido. A única coisa que eu levaria em consideração é que o chuveiro acessível em nosso quarto foi mal construído para onde o piso do banheiro seria inundado com água após um banho e um dos chuveiros estivesse quebrado na parede, no entanto, ainda funcionava ok

Great hotel, the front desk girls were very sweet and friendly. I didn't see a single bug or dirty item, and no stinky smells. The only thing I would take into consideration is the accessible shower in our room was poorly built to where the bathroom floor would flood with water after a shower and one of the shower heads were broken off the wall however, it still worked ok
