Convenient for our visit to be with family.Very comfortable room and facilities.One negative, the bathroom door was one that had to be rolled into place to close.If someone needed to go to bathroom at night, a little inconvenient situation if door needed to be closed.Also had a little issue with key opening our door.Otherwise will probably utilize this Hampton on next trip down. Conveniente para a nossa visita ser com a família. Quarto e instalações muito confortáveis. Um aspecto negativo, a porta do banheiro era aquela que tinha que ser enrolada no lugar para fechar. Se alguém precisasse ir ao banheiro à noite, uma situação um pouco inconveniente se a porta precisasse ser fechada. Também tive um pequeno problema com a chave abrindo nossa porta. Caso contrário, provavelmente utilizará este Hampton na próxima viagem.

Mrs Carmen at the front desk was top notch. She was great friendly very helpful and funny. The room actually was very nice clean. Great location right off the interstate lots of places near by to eat. I would stay with them again. Sra. Carmen na recepção foi alto nível. Ela foi ótima amigável muito útil e engraçada. O quarto era realmente muito bom limpo. Excelente localização à direita da interestadual muitos lugares por perto para comer. Eu ficaria com eles novamente.

Reserved the room based on the generically enhanced photos shared on the booking site. Got to the hotel itself and did receive friendly service from the receptionist (although the lobby and first floor smelled like mildewed bleach)... and that is where the good things ended. Got to the room only to find that it was smaller than depicted and that there were other things wrong with the hotel/room itself (as follows): The left elevator acted like it was about ready to fall when we stepped into it, there was a gap under the front door that was wide enough for anyone to look under, the vent in the bathroom, lamp shade, computer desk, AND even the fire alarm were ALL covered in dust, the tissue was poked back in the box in the bathroom, the ironing board was damaged, there was chipped/peeling paint on the ceiling corner of the bathroom, and we didn't even get full sized pillows(!).Needless to say, we immediately checked out and would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Reservou o quarto com base nas fotos genericamente aprimoradas compartilhadas no site de reservas. Chegou ao próprio hotel e recebeu um serviço amigável da recepcionista (embora o lobby e o primeiro andar cheirassem a água sanitária mofada) ... e é aí que as coisas boas terminaram. Cheguei ao quarto apenas para descobrir que era menor do que o retratado e que havia outras coisas erradas com o próprio hotel/quarto (como segue): O elevador esquerdo agia como se estivesse prestes a cair quando entramos nele, havia uma abertura sob a porta da frente que era grande o suficiente para qualquer um olhar por baixo, a ventilação no banheiro, o abajur, a mesa do computador e até o alarme de incêndio estavam TODOS cobertos de poeira, o lenço de papel foi colocado de volta na caixa do banheiro , a tábua de passar roupa estava danificada, havia tinta lascada / descascada no canto do teto do banheiro e nem sequer recebemos travesseiros de tamanho normal (!).Escusado será dizer que fizemos o check-out imediatamente e não recomendo este estabelecimento a ninguém.

Amazing Experience here, the staff at the reception is so kind, David & Tammi were very helpful, David helped us with our reservations after we were supposed to arrive at 11 pm we got there at 5 am due to flight problems and lost the reservation, he immediately made a new one and was very helpful letting us know what we had to do with our last reservation.The Breakfast is good, the pool was great, the service and cleaning of the Room was really good. Would definitely stay here again. Experiência incrível aqui, a equipe da recepção é muito gentil, David e Tammi foram muito prestativos, David nos ajudou com nossas reservas depois que deveríamos chegar às 23h, chegamos às 5h devido a problemas de voo e perdemos a reserva, ele imediatamente fez um novo e foi muito útil nos informando o que tínhamos que fazer com nossa última reserva.O café da manhã é bom, a piscina era ótima, o serviço e a limpeza do quarto eram muito bons. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, con excelente servicio al cliente, personal muy amable y habitaciones muy comodas. El desayuno de cortesía es muy bueno para iniciar el día. El lobby es muy bueno para compartir un café, ver TV, leer y distraerse. La piscina está bien ubicada, recibe sol y con la profundidad ideal. Volvería siempre a este hotel!!

Buen servicio en general

Very close to CityCenter, Tammi who greeted us was fantastic. My teenage son and I stayed 1 night. Tammi was knowledgeable, helpful, and humorous. Having to return to the lobby for various items a couple of times, my son said she was the happiest hotel worker he'd ever seen (and we travel a lot.)

I only leave a comment when it's worth noting (good or bad). David provides one of the most outstanding customer service I've ever received in my 10 years of traveling (I travel %100 for my work). What a fantastic staff!! David provided outstanding check in experience. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He was very helpful with local tips and thorough about the hotel services they provide here. I'll highly recommend this place. Great breakfast, great staff, great rooms, great service. All around great experience!

It is not worth the money, everything is falling down. Not a safe area and the staff is not nice. Only the convenience of free breakfast is good about the hotel. They're going thorough management changes so it can get better. / No vale la pena quedarse en este hotel. Lo único bueno es la conveniencia del desayuno gratis, no funciona el transporte del hotel, el edificio es antiguo y le falta mantenimiento. De pronto con el nuevo cambio de directivas puede mejorar.
