Lindo hotel, excelente estrutura. Próximo ao Outlet

Bizarre hotel… Room was worn out. Had a dual Queen room, One bed had 4 pillows and a comforter (no sheets), the other had 3 pillows 2 sheets and a thin blanket (no comforter). Carpet was dirty as if it wasn’t vacuumed in a week. Hallway carpet looks like someone did drywall work and never cleaned up after themselves. Bathroom floor had bobby pins from a previous guest around the toilet. Safe didn’t work and needed maintenance. Room phone was missing keys. Has one of those extremely annoying HVAC systems that doesn’t allow constant fan operation even if put into VIP mode. Staff never answered when I called to address the issues, had to walk to the desk twice. This is the kind of hotel that really makes you wonder what else is wrong with the room due to the glaring lack of attention to detail. Yet another classic case of neglect and lack of investment resulting in a laughably embarrassing facility. Those issues would usually be an automatic one star but the gym is top notch for a hotel. So there is that.

This comment is just for their airport shuttle. They claimed that their shuttle run every 15 min before midnight, but we waited for 50 min to finally get on the shuttle. First, the shuttle came after we waited 30min, and the shuttle only has 4 spots left. We were the first in the line, but when the shuttle came, everyone tried to get on, so the driver didn’t even ask who was in line first. Instead, he just randomly picked some passengers and asked them to get on. That put us in a situation that we had to wait another 30min and still might not get on the shuttle. I have two little kids waiting with us and it was a horrible experience. Este comentário é apenas para o transporte para o aeroporto. Hotel nas imediações de Newark, muito conveniente para quem tem que ficar perto do aeroporto. Além disso, Nova York fica a menos de vinte minutos de carro (se o trânsito permitir), então sugiro que você vá para a cidade o mais rápido possível! Hotel ok, mas parece um pouco velho por dentro, talvez precise de uma reforma. Além disso, o PDV da recepção não tinha leitor contactless: incrível em 2022!

She provided a gracious, professional welcome.Other staff were also professional and very attentive to make sure all our request were immediately addressed. Special thanks to the waiter, Jaw, in the Ironbound restaurant for his always professional speedy service and gracious hospitality. Our room was well prepared, and the bathroom was spotless upon our arrival. This is the third time that we have stayed at this hotel before boarding an international flight and the consistency in the quality of service is much appreciated. Very friendly staff. Wonderful facilities, big gym with stair stepper. Hardly anyone there at most hours. The lobby and bar and restaurant were nicely decorated and spaced out nicely.

I stayed here on 11/11 & I complained about our room not being clean & the toilet not working. Called the front desk twice and no one ever came. There were even tissues stuffed in the vents, dirt and hair on the inside of the shower curtain and they never came to detail the room. I maybe should’ve just asked for another room but after my 4 hour drive turned into 8.5 with traffic and being late for the event I was visiting for, I was over it. Plus traveling with kids and having to have them pack would have been a bigger hassle.I carry Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes so I cleaned and I would never stay here again because of the customer service being as horrible as it was during my stay. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am to ask if I was checking out and I alerted her of the issues and she was very nonchalant and didn’t care about it. Brought it to the attention to the front desk at checkout and got a dry “sorry about that” and that’s all. Terrible experience here! Havia até lenços enfiados nos respiradouros, sujeira e cabelos por dentro da cortina do chuveiro e nunca chegaram a detalhar o quarto. Talvez eu devesse ter pedido outro quarto, mas depois que minhas 4 horas de carro se transformaram em 8. 5 com tráfego e atrasado para o evento que eu estava visitando, eu superei. Além disso, viajar com crianças e ter que fazer as malas teria sido um aborrecimento maior. Eu carrego spray Lysol e lenços desinfetantes, então eu limpei e nunca mais ficaria aqui porque o atendimento ao cliente foi tão horrível quanto durante a minha estadia. O serviço de limpeza bateu na minha porta às 9h para perguntar se eu estava fazendo check-out e eu a alertei sobre os problemas e ela foi muito indiferente e não se importou com isso. Chamou a atenção da recepção no check-out e recebi um seco "desculpe por isso" e isso é tudo. Experiência terrível aqui!

The most expensive room I have ever stayed in for business yet the worst stay. First: The shower drain is clogged so the water sits on the bottom as you shower. This has been happening for some time since the smell was so disgusting once the shower starts - bacteria all on the bottom I'm sure of this. Never have I felt so disgusting AFTER a shower. Secondly: The toilet leaked off the back and sides because the floor and toilet were wet. The sink is gross and old - see pictures. The tub is old and gross - see pictures. The walls have cracks and holes covered up partially with pictures. Bedding - not properly put on see pictures. There was a sheet below the duvet but none on top which was the newest thing I have seen! O quarto mais caro em que já fiquei para negócios, mas a pior estadia. Primeiro: o ralo do chuveiro está entupido, então a água fica no fundo enquanto você toma banho. Isso vem acontecendo há algum tempo desde que o cheiro era tão repugnante quando o chuveiro começa - bactérias todas no fundo, tenho certeza disso. Nunca me senti tão nojento depois de um banho. Em segundo lugar: o banheiro vazava na parte de trás e nas laterais porque o chão e o banheiro estavam molhados. A pia é nojenta e velha - veja as fotos. A banheira é velha e nojenta - veja as fotos. As paredes têm rachaduras e buracos cobertos parcialmente com fotos. Roupa de cama - não colocada corretamente, veja as fotos. Havia um lençol embaixo do edredom, mas nenhum em cima, que era a coisa mais nova que eu já vi!

BE AWARE IF YOU ARE USING THIS HOTEL FOR AIRPORT PARKING. Their parking lot is not routinely monitored. My catalytic converter was stolen while I was parked at their lot for a week. I would understand if this was a one-time horrible incident that happen in the 30 minutes the parking lot attendant was maybe on lunch, but it doesn’t seem like that could have been the case. We waited at the parking for 2+ hours for the tow truck and not once did I see any security circle the lot, so it definitely shows that they have no one monitoring the lot and they are just solely reliant on their cameras. Extremely disappointed! They were not even surprised when we told them what happened while we were parked in their lot so you would think they would be vigilant since they are aware that this is an ongoing occurrence. I guess not and their motto is PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! I'm sure our car was not the only car this happened to that week since the lot was full.

Hotel staff was really accommodating & they offer door tags for day time sleepers so it was nice and quiet & their elevators even have a sign to remind guests to be quiet it’s so nice for people traveling & THE GYM is the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen & I am well traveled. Almost worth the whole hotel itself

Es un buen hotel, buena atención, ofrece trasporte gratis al aeropuerto de Newark cada 15 minutos. Internet es a pagamento, las habitaciones son bonitas pero podrían ofrecer un estilo más moderno.

Buen hotel, buena ubicación. Cuenta con un outlet muy cerca. Camareras atentas, la recepción muy poco paciente.

Este hotel está muy grande tiene piscina y un cuarto de ejercisio. El personal es muy amigable.

Un lugar excelente para reuniones conferencias, habitaciones limpias y aclimatadas, en una buena ubicación cerca del aeropuerto, servicio personalizado, precios accequibles, una buena opción para los viajeros.

Céntrico al aeropuerto de Newark, tiene shuttles. El hotel es grande, atención atenta en el front desk y restaurante. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y no tienen olor a humedad.

Excelente hotel, uno de los mejores hoteles en el area. Limpio y bien decorado. En la habitacion nuestra no se escuchaba nada del ruido de la autopista o el aeropuerto y estabamos frente a ambos. El servicio de desayuno a la habitacion me parecio apropiado y de muy buen sabor
