Room was big but fairly outdated. Seems like they are renovating it. It was a super weird room as far as furniture and layout. My last night I reached out to the front desk about a room screaming after quiet hours. They did not talk to the other room but told me I could move. So there solution was to punish the person not doing anything wrong. It was basically a party till midnight. On a positive note you can do anything at this hotel up to any hour except slept. Quarto era grande, mas bastante desatualizado. Parece que estão reformando. Era uma sala super estranha em termos de móveis e layout. Na minha última noite, procurei a recepção sobre um quarto gritando depois de horas silenciosas. Eles não falaram com a outra sala, mas me disseram que eu poderia me mover. Portanto, a solução era punir a pessoa que não fez nada de errado. Foi basicamente uma festa até meia-noite. Em uma nota positiva, você pode fazer qualquer coisa neste hotel até qualquer hora, exceto dormir.

Unfortunately we were locked out of our room not once, but four times which made me late a important family event. The most I got from the Front desk was ‘we’re undergoing renovations’. That had nothing to do with my situation and someone needs to help people the service industry be able to respond to patrons in a way that makes them feel heard and understood rather than being dismissed.It was also recommended that I hold a family dinner event at the restaurant there at the hotel, but I kept the back up reservation elsewhere just in case. Ifound out that particular evening when I would’ve had a large family event in the restaurant, there was no chef available. Thank goodness I kept the back up reservation.For the money involved I would go next-door to the Hilton rather than stay here again. Este é um hotel encantador e está bem decorado. Tried the Renaissance just to compare pricing/availability, and Andre was single handedly responsible for making me want to stay here. Andre was very accommodating, hospitable, knowledgeable, and patient answering all my questions. It was a reasonable price for how nice the room was! Liguei para o Hilton ao lado e eles foram bastante rudes ao telefone. Tentei o Renaissance apenas para comparar preços / disponibilidade, e Andre foi o único responsável por me fazer querer ficar aqui. Andre foi muito acolhedor, hospitaleiro, experiente e paciente, respondendo a todas as minhas perguntas. Foi um preço razoável para o quão bom o quarto era!

Called the Hilton next door and they were pretty rude on the phone. Tried the Renaissance just to compare pricing/availability, and Andre was single handedly responsible for making me want to stay here. Andre was very accommodating, hospitable, knowledgeable, and patient answering all my questions. It was a reasonable price for how nice the room was!

I am leaving this hotel in about an hour and that our cannot come soon enough. Granted this hotel is not much different than my other Marriott stays. I travel a lot for work and I use the state or veteran rate to do so. Other hotel chains don’t treat those rates differently in terms of the rooms they give you but Marriott sure does (even though I am also a silver elite member which pretty much means nothing) This is just one of many hotel rooms that is dirty, old and rundown, and devoid of anything nice. I don’t even have large towels in my room to shower with. The TV and phone doesn't work. My AC is at 65 and it was hot all night (Im in my 30s). The bath curtain has mold at the bottom of it. And of course I was put right next to the elevator even though I ask every single time not to be. The gym is a match - old, hot and useless. If you are a govt or veteran or even an actual rewards member - don’t bother with this place, it’ll treat you just like the rest. I paid extra for what I thought would be an upgraded room for a family trip. What a disappointment. Yest - the lobby is pretty, but if you want modern nice rooms- go somewhere else . Muito decepcionante. Quarto muito desatualizado. O banheiro é tão baixo - tamanho infantil. Ventilador no banheiro não funciona. Manchas de comida no tapete. Quarto muito escuro e "vista" horrível. Paguei extra pelo que pensei que seria um quarto atualizado para uma viagem em família. Que decepção. Sim - o lobby é bonito, mas se você quiser quartos modernos e agradáveis, vá para outro lugar.

We are an out-of-state couple, and they helped us get all the tiny details accomplished! The service was amazing, breakfast was always fantastic. All of our guests loved their stay!
