Foi a minha 2ª estadia com mandarim oriental macau e o serviço foi impressionante. O nome da equipe é "Melody", que me recebe com grande atitude durante o check in e check out. Mas uma coisa que você pode oferecer melhor é a ligação para o serviço de quarto. Era muito lento e difícil de alcançar quando fui chamado para o serviço de quarto. No geral, é excelente.

Fue mi segunda estancia con mandarin oriental macau y el servicio fue impresionante. "Melody" del nombre del personal que me da la bienvenida con la gran actitud durante el check in y el check out. Pero una cosa que puede ofrecer mejor es la llamada al servicio de habitaciones. Fue muy lento y difícil de alcanzar cuando me llamaron para el servicio de habitaciones. En general, es excelente.

It's was my 2nd stayed with mandarin oriental macau and the service was impress. Staff name's "Melody" who's welcome me with the great attitude during check in and check out time. But one thing you can provide better is the room service call. It's was very slow and hard to reach when I was called for room service. Overall its excellent.

Fitness Center was playing workout music in the changing room and it was so loud and annoying to be relaxing in the sauna room listening to workout music. They used to play spa music before n really don’t understand why they changed into such inappropriate music.

Ótimo! O serviço é completamente cinco estrelas e realmente se sente em casa. O interior da sala é espaçoso e luminoso, com uma bela vista para o lago.A cerimônia de boas-vindas é a água de soda com sabor de toranja de camomila. (A sala parece uma foto, muito confortável!) O ginásio da piscina não é usado para a renovação, mas há um spa, todo o espaço sou eu sozinho, feliz XD porque homens e mulheres são separados, então basicamente não precisa usar roupas, se tem vergonha descartável fornecer cueca, mas é muito apertado de usar É pequeno, então não use de qualquer maneira, ninguém está haha ~ relaxe e alivie o stress> Dois dias de café da manhã, eu tenho que comer o hotel, um monte de coisas e delicioso, o serviço é ótimo ~ Então o último dia é o aniversário da mãe, e até surpresas para fornecer um bolo de aniversário, tão íntimo! First class hotel with excellent service. Our room got upgraded to a suite and birthday cakes were prepare for our occasion. After we checked out, we couldn’t find any taxi; the hotel manager helped us find their driver to take us to the ferry terminal so that we didn’t miss our ferry. We really appreciate his kind assistance. We will definitely come back again

Now I understand how easy it is to become a "fan" of M.O. We came here for just 1 night to celebrate our anniversary, and I wish we had stayed more. The class, the level of service, the kindness and friendliness of the staff is simply something you are going to remember for years to come. The attention to details is the highest I have ever experienced in my life. And I really have been lucky to stay at several 5-star hotels around the world, but the Mandarin Oriental in Macau has set a really high bar for all other hotels to follow. I felt almost speachless when I found they provided a glasses cleaning cloth and cable reel tapes for my chargers (you can see both in the pics). Which of course I'm going to keep as a cherished memory. We were welcomed as we were regulars (it was my first time ☺️ at a M.O. as far as I remember) At the check-in, we were welcomed by Mrs. Sun and Mrs J. Babilonia, and the latter not only welcomed us but also brought us to our room which to our surprise was so wonderfully decorated with rose petals on bed and a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary. In addition to that she was kind enough to take a picture of us and let us have a printed copy to get a fond memory of this moment. At the front desk, a Western guy who I think was the "supervisor" and whose name I didn't take note (I'm not good at remembering names 😭) was kind enough to teach us about how to reach around some places in Macau and how to make the most out of our short stay. The room has a fantastic view of the Macau Tower and Taipa side. At night the view is stunning. The staff at the swimming pool was also very attentive and friendly (I don't remember their names sadly). I had also breakfast at MO and even there the staff was very attentive to my requests. The food was extraordinary of course. The room was impressively huge and it has an automated system that is going to open the curtains whenever you come back in. What is sure is that they won another fan in me and this is one of the hotels I'm going to say I will definitely come back to.
