Mandarin Oriental é um excelente hotel. A localização é incrível. O hotel está conectado ao shopping prudential, o que é uma grande vantagem no inverno, quando você não quer sair no frio ... Newbury Street fica do outro lado da rua para ótimas opções de restaurantes e compras. Os quartos com vista para a cidade são espaçosos e os banheiros são realmente grandes e luxuosos! A equipe do Mandarin está além de incrível! Um agradecimento especial a Tanja que cuidou de nós do início ao fim! Tudo foi perfeito. Minha filha gostou muito do tratamento VIP. Ela recebeu um plus lagosta brinquedo no check-in, teve seus lanches e bebidas favoritos enviados para o quarto, recebeu um roupão de banho fofo e chinelos para usar durante a estadia .. Ela adorou .. Nós apreciamos totalmente o pacote NYE que incluía uma variedade de serviços, como estacionamento com manobrista de cortesia, check-in antecipado e check-out tardio etc. O jantar de 5 pratos no quarto foi incrível, o quarto estava muito bem decorado com produtos de festa para tocar no novo ano e sim o champanhe e as bebidas eram tão bons. O chef também fez um jantar especial para minha filha, que ela realmente gostou. No geral, Tanja e sua equipe se esforçaram muito e garantiram que nossa estadia fosse perfeita!

Mandarin Oriental is an excellent hotel. The location is amazing. The hotel is connected to the prudential mall which is a huge plus in the winter when you don’t want to step out in the cold.... Newbury Street is just across the street for great dining and shopping options. The city view rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are really huge and luxurious! The staff at Mandarin are beyond amazing! Special shout to Tanja who took care of us from start to finish! Everything was perfect. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed their VIP treatment. She received a plus Lobster toy on check in, got her fave snacks and drink sent to the room, received a cute little bathrobe and slippers for use during the stay.. She loved it.. We totally enjoyed their NYE package which included a variety of services such as complimentary valet parking, Early check in and late check out etc.. The 5 course inroom dinner was amazing, the room was decorated very well with party goods to ring in the new year and yes the champagne and drinks were so good. The chef also made a special dinner meal for my daughter which she really liked. Overall Tanja and her team took a lot of effort and made sure our stay was perfect!

Eu fiquei em MO Boston de 14 a 16 out. De 2020. Foi uma viagem para comemorar o aniversário do meu namorado. Foi também sua primeira experiência no Mandarin Oriental. A estadia foi incrível. A equipe foi acima e além. Eles são extremamente amigáveis. Hotel é extremamente limpo e eles têm desinfetantes em todos os lugares. Os quartos foram todos renovados recentemente. Lindos QUARTOS! Também existem produtos We-care (luvas, máscaras e toalhetes) para garantir a segurança de todos os hóspedes. Devo recomendar este hotel a todos os que procuram uma estadia agradável durante covid-19. Também prepararam um bolo para o meu namorado, que grande surpresa! A localização é excelente também, com muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. Os pontos turísticos também estão em distâncias percorridas a pé. Amo MO Boston.

Ótimo lugar para uma escapadela de fim de semana com um spa incrível e uma equipe que demonstrou que faria de tudo para acomodar seus hóspedes. Eles estão no coração da baía de volta, com fácil acesso a lojas, estacionamento e restaurantes finos.

Eu tentei reservar um dia de spa através da página da Web, mas ele não permitiu que eu confirmasse a data da minha reserva e me disse para ligar para o serviço de spa. Liguei para o atendimento e ninguém atendeu, então deixei uma mensagem de voz e também enviei um e-mail. Ainda não há resposta deste lugar. Muito desconcertado com este spa do hotel e não vou trazer nenhum negócio para este estabelecimento. Ótima maneira de mostrar seu profissionalismo Mandarin Hotel!

I tried booking a spa day through the webpage and it wasn't allowing me to confirm my booking date and told me to give the spa service a call. I called for service and no one picked up their phone so I left a voice mail and also emailed them. There's still no response from this place. Very disconcerted with this hotel spa and I am not going to bring any business to this establishment. Great way of showing your professionalism Mandarin Hotel!

Great place for a weekend getaway with an amazing spa and a team that demostrated they would do anything to accommodate their guests. They are in the heart of back bay with easy access to shopping, parking and fine dining.

I stayed in MO Boston from Oct 14 - 16 2020. It was a trip to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. It was also his first Mandarin Oriental Experience. The stay was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. They are extremely friendly. Hotel is extremely clean and they have sanitizers everywhere. Rooms are all newly renovated. Beautiful ROOMS! There are also we-care products (gloves, masks and wipes) to ensure every guest is safe. I must recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a pleasant stay during covid-19. They also prepared a cake for my boyfriend, what a great surprise! Location is great too with lots of restaurants nearby. Sightseeing spots are also in walkable distances. Love MO Boston.

Amazing hotel e equipe maravilhosa. A localização é perfeita e você pode caminhar até lojas e lojas e restaurantes e cafés. O hotel também está diretamente ligado ao centro comercial que é ótimo e conveniente. Os quartos são espaçosos e tranquilos. O SPA é muito tranquilo e eu gostei algum tempo no seu quarto tranquilo também. Se você é um corredor, você pode correr facilmente do hotel ao redor do bairro e eu acho que é toda segunda-feira que você pode correr com o GM do hotel. Eles servem chá e café gratuitos de manhã na recepção que eu gostava quando me levantei cedo e foi jetlagged. O concierge foi incrível também, todas as suas recomendações foram local e mantidos em vindo com boas ideias.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. The location is perfect and you can walk to stores and shops and restaurants and cafes.The hotel is also directly connected to the shopping center which is great and convenient. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The SPA is very tranquil and I enjoyed some time in their quiet room too. If you are a runner you can easily run from the hotel around in the neighbourhood and I think it’s every Monday that you can run with the GM from the hotel. They serve free tea and coffee in the morning at the reception which I enjoyed when I got up early and was jetlagged. The concierge was amazing too, all their recommendations were spot on and the kept on coming with good ideas.
