Y las sorpresas no faltan… llegan huéspedes nuevos y los dejan entrar a la piscina con ROPA!!!!! Cero control de seguridad y de establecer reglas comunes. De verdad parece que uno está en un balneario y en un hotel de lujo. No se hable de los nulos controles covid-19.

Adorei a estadia neste resort. A comida é extremamente boa, a hospitalidade excelente, a limpeza exterior muito boa, a quantidade e a qualidade de actividades também. Ponto negativo foi o quarto onde fiquei, este já tinha sido demasiadamente utilizado, e já apresentava sinais de degradação o que não se verifica pelas fotos do hotel. O jacuzzi do quarto deitava água completamente amarela, pelo que não consegui desfrutar do mesmo.

Las instalaciones no son muy nuevas, el trato es regular, la comida si estas acostumbrado a otros destinos es regular sobre todo en el buffet y por veces mala, no en calidad si no en variedad. Recomiendo mas el Dreams

La atención de todo el personal es increíble; realmente el resort lo tiene todo, los restaurantes muy ricos, las bebidas también; las habitaciones con vista al mar son hermosas, las instalaciones se encuentran bien cuidadas y los shows que organizan son muy buenos.Si no van con niños convienen las habitaciones club preferred, ya que tienes acceso a la piscina solo para adultos la cual es mucho más tranquila que la normal. Solo no le coloco 5 estrellas por qué en la primer noche encontré 2 cucarachas en mi habitación y nos engañaron con un supuesto buffet por los 20 años de la cadena de hoteles que resultó ser para vendernos un tiempo compartido, donde un supuesto empleado del corporativo llamado Eduardo nos trató de forma muy despectiva por rechazar pagar la membresía, haciéndonos perder medio día y siendo grosero con nosotros; espero que lo manden a un curso de servicio al cliente.

Não estive no Now Jade como hóspede, mas para assistir ao espetáculo da Broadway "Rock of Ages". Um bom espetáculo, mas que não vale os 130 USD cobrados por adulto. Como ganhamos os ingressos como parte de um programa de vaccation club, nada a reclamar. Mas, de fato, não pagaria o valor cobrado.

We stayed September 2021. Food was just ok nothing special just the only restaurant on the resort I was impressed by was the french restaurant. Staff was very unpleasant. Treated you garbage. We had a few really good staff members who outshined everyone else but was very disappointed in the overall service as we chose to stay in the preferred suite to have a relaxing get away. Our poor experience wasn’t due to “covidtimes” it was just poor customer service.

Loved the resort and the beach and ocean. Glad we went Preferred. Nice big suite. Drinks were well made. Enjoyed all the restaurants. Excellent service everywhere. Will go back.

El lugar es muy bueno y la comida también. Con la excepción de que está diseñado para atender a los gringos. El staff a veces no tiene la información y contesta de manera positiva para que estés cómodo pero les falta un poco más de tacto y mejor comunicación con el huésped. Los meseros y barman's sí son muy buenos. Se ganaron las propinas

El señor Guillermo hizo que mi familia tuviera la mejor cena en toda mi estancia. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y la playa es increíble. Lo que no me gustó es que fingen llevárte a desayunar para venderte tiempo compartido, insisten una y otra vez, un señor del corporativo llamado Eduardo me hizo pasar el peor momento y hasta dolor de estómago me dio, nos hizo caras y nos habló despectivamente, espero que tome una capacitación de servicio al cliente.

Buen hotel en relación precio- calidad. Muy cerca de Puerto Morelos, tienen un tour muy a gusto en bicicleta en el que te puedes ir al puerto.

Me llevé una pésima experiencia, fui a Dreams Jade puerto morelos y a pesar de que tienen un hotel muy bonito, buena comida y bebidas, con la atención tan pésima del personal se arruina todo, una mala experiencia, todos con mala cara, mala actitud, malas contestaciones.. he recomendado hoteles a los que he visitado, en lo personal valoro mucho la calidez humana con la que la gente brinda sus servicios, pero en este caso lejos de pasar una semana agradable en mi visita, no paré de hacer corajes, porque no contestan ni los buenos días su personal, tienen todo para ser un hotel excepcional, pero su personal arruina todo, he ido a otros hoteles como fiesta americana Cozumel en donde desde intendencia hasta gerentes siempre están sonriendo y al pendiente de que el huésped se lleve una buena impresión, y en este caso en su hotel, jamás vi que se presentara un solo gerente, ni siquiera un capitán, al hacer check out solicité en recepción a un gerente para comentarle todo este tipo de áreas de oportunidad que tienen como hotel y me quisieron tomar el pelo mandándome al capitán de botones, diciéndome que era el responsable del hotel, que absurdo.. solo por eso no regreso más

My wife and I have been to Mexico a combined 20 times more or less and this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The room was superb (we had an ocean front view on the 3rd floor). By far the best food we have ever had at a resort and some of the nicest staff you’ll ever meet. Edwin at the Carnival Buffet was exceptional as well as Lucy at the Cafe. We are not fluent Spanish speakers by any means but we try to converse as much as we can and everyone was more than happy to help us out and be patient with us as we were practicing. The entertainment staff was one of the best we’ve ever seen. Saul, Gabriel, Christian, and Emilio were so much fun to be around and made all the activities extremely enjoyable. As far as COVID is concerned, we felt extremely safe with all the added protocols they had in place. Every single staff member wore a mask at all times and they were very diligent in reminding guests to wear theirs in common areas. Hand sanitizer was stationed throughout the resort as well. In all, we felt very safe on the resort. We booked our shuttle directly with the hotel (highly recommend) and we were greeted with nonstop shuttle service to and from the airport. Best experience we have ever had with a shuttle service. All in all, we highly recommend this resort!

We had an overall good trip. Positives the staff was wonderful and works hard! The food was delicious and service was great. The drinks are not watered down like other resorts I have been too. Now for the negatives. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic however I feel if you are that paranoid maybe you shouldn’t travel. I understand wearing a mask to be seated for the restaurant’s but the outside barefoot grill really? It is 90 degrees outside and you are wearing a mask and waiting in line not comfortable. Also, my brother smokes if you are away from the guest and not around anyone you should be able to smoke wherever you want. My brother was told three times he had to go to the beach. Very inconvenient for people that smoke. However the people that vape can vape wherever they want. I saw multiple people vaping at the swim up bar and blowing smoke everywhere. So if you are a smoker this resort probably isn’t for you. Be prepared the sports bar is not open which was a bummer but the kids place was which didn’t make sense. Everything closes at 11 so if you are looking for night life this resort isn’t for you. Entertainment staff was wonderful but could have different activities everyday by the pool. They do the same dance everyday and same two games. I would also suggest upgrading pillows for the rooms. Pillows are very hard.

This resort was everything I needed and more. Although it's not as big as the resorts I've visited before, it was perfect. Their Covid protocol was not to be played with which was comforting especially if this is your first vacation post pandemic. The food was really good and the hotel was always spotless. Eduardo at the mix bar was truly the best! Go have him make you a paloma :) so delicious! I would def return to this hotel!

Nice place. Very clean. They're constantly cleaning. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was good. The best food is their Italian restaurant. My son who is a picky eater enjoyed a few dishes in the Italian restaurant. In the Asian restaurant they went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special on her birthday. I recommend this place for a low key, relaxing, lounge around vacation. The pool entertainment staff definitely make activities and games fun. Not super fancy but nice and budget friendly.

This is a beautiful resort and the staff is unbelievably friendly. Couple things to keep in mind though. This is a smaller resort compared to others I've visited. That may be a good thing for some but I found there wasn't much to do. They have the different restaurants and the spa, but there isn't a ton of shopping or entertainment, especially at night. The beach is also really small. If your plan is to go and sit on the beach and swim more in the ocean than pool, this might not be the resort for you. The pool area is great and they have the swim up bar and a really great spot to grab burgers and fries and other quick munchies. They do separate the pools into kid friendly and adults only. Rooms were nice though our bathtub looked a little dirty. Overall, the entertainment could be less because of covid, but if that's important to you, you may want to consider another place for now. Also, men please pack dress pants/shoes. All the restaurants did require a dress code and I don't think everyone realizes that their first time visiting resorts.

Highly recommend this resort. All inclusive set up. All the food and drink you can possibly eat. There are 4 restaurants, a coffee shop and a cafeteria style restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I would consider all the restaurants fine dining with exception of the Japanese. The service and presentation was very good but the food was terrible. The French, Italian and Mexican restaurants were 4 star. For breakfast and lunch, the cafeteria was excellent and all foods you can possibly want were represented there. Fresh and clean and the service was top notch. Make sure you take about $200 in one's for tipping. So sad to see people not tipping. The rooms were pretty good, but we didn't spend much time there. All the time was taken up swimming in the giant pool and doing bike rides, external excursions and eating. There are also 4 full service bars and a fast food bar next to the pool. You can literally eat and drink all day. The service everywhere was top notch.

Overall Now Jade was a nice hotel! Appearance wise it undergoing some construction and you can tell they must’ve been affected by the hurricane because there was a lot of damaged trees and water in places that shouldn’t have been. There aren’t as many activities to do on this particular resort I would say then others I have visited, however because we came for relaxation this time we were ok with that. The spa was amazing they get 5 stars from me. The beach is smaller and has a very short shoreline so if you are looking for a hotel with a nice beach this hotel may not be for you. We opted to stay near the pool area for swimming as the waters seemed rough and due to the small shoreline the water came up much too high. The food was average if I’m being honest. The mid day lunch at the international cafe was my least favorite the food was sub par at best. Hands down the best restaurant was the French place. Best service best ambiance and quality of food we had the entire time. The Italian place was also very good. The path to get here I probably would not recommend, we are taught to not ride through standing water but the only paths to get to this place were filled with multiple huge parts with standing high waters, I was nervous out of my mind. We overall had a nice experience for what it was but I would probably choose a different resort next time. We also had a issue with our room where the ceiling Over the tub has a leak and it starting to fall Down, they were able to swap us to a different room so that was appreciated and the new room was much better with a different view that didn’t look like wastelands.

Excellent !!!! We just spent 8 days at your wonderful clean and safe resort. We would like to recognize a few of your staff that were amazing. First, upon arrival we checked in with Ivan at the front desk and he was very professional and efficient. We would also like to give great credit to Jonathan Hernandez for his smile and great service upon our arrival. Next, Luna from UVC was a great asset to your resort with his wealth of knowledge and expertise about NOW Jade. The resort was definitely clean and well taken care of during our stay. Food was excellent as always with great service in ALL the restaurants and bars on the resort. Our favorite bartender had to be Cesar with all others right below him with service and professionalism. Karen was a favorite cocktail server with a great positive attitude. But, by far our favorite (MVP) of the resort was ANGEL (pool service). Everyday he was speaking with everyone by name and his work ethic was outstanding. ANGEL was first-class and took care of everyone !!! Carlos and Jade from the SPA were also outstanding in their service and professionalism. We would highly recommend your resort to everyone interested in being treated first-class all the way !!!!

Very beautiful resort and location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. All of the restaurants were fantastic and the walk up bars were great. This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and I do not think I will stay at a normal resort from here on out. The room we stayed in had the view opposite the water but I felt it was more private and with a view of beautiful trees. It was also clean and well laid out. This is a family friendly resort but it is great for couples. They really try to make it fun for all. The bar next to the ocean is a very relaxing atmosphere to be with your significant other and normally does not have children. There is a dance club (karaoke on certain nights) that is a great place to get your grove on and children are not allowed after a certain time. The entertainment crew really made it fun throughout the week (especially David - you will know when you meet him). There are many opportunities for excursions, so if you are interested in taking in some sites outside the resort, you have many choices. Of course if you don't want to leave the resort, there are plenty of activities to do. Spending time in the sun on the beach or the great pool is not a bad way to go! Hope you have a great time if you go!

We stayed at now jade twice now. The second time we had our wedding there! I just stay the staff is excellent. The food was amazing. And the resort was beautiful. I would recommend this place for any occasion whether it be with your family or as a couple! Sandy was our wedding coordinator and went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a very nice hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. We were 2 adults and 1 child, 10 years old. Hotel amenities are very clean and in good working order. We saw people maintaining the hotel all week. The concierge services is A+ Always ready to help. We had noisy neighbours and when we talked to the front desk about it, they immediately offered to relocate us in another room. There are 6 restaurant, but we tried only 4. All of them were excellent with great service. What to say about the pools except WoW! Ismael offered us exceptional services by the pool all week. As soon as our drinks were empty, he was there to replace them! Wonderful place and exceptional people.

Beautiful resort, and wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly or at the very least were quick and attentive. Food was good. Beach was typical for the area, nice but fairly strong waves and a bit rocky, sea weed was well cleaned up. Rooms were nice but not the best I've seen. Resort never felt over crowded. Generally not much of a wait at for the restaurants unless your trying to get a large table 6+, then it could take a bit. Only real negative I can think of was the New Years Eve Dinner which was originally advertised to us as 50 dollars a person or you could go to one of three restaurants that would be still all inclusive. Upon going to one of the three restaurants we were told we would need to buy a minimum of 100 dollars in wine to secure a table before 10:30PM. This last minute change messed up our plans with the kinds in kids club and a tad annoying when at a all inclusive resort.

Solid four-star, all-inclusive resort. Food was decent but small portions. No reservations for restaurants so the wait to dine was 45-60 minutes every night. However, if appetizer. entree and dessert was ordered, there was enough food. Nice variety of restaurants plus 24-hour room service. Plenty of bars available. Many specialty drinks are available on the menu. Adult-only pool was spacious and had a swim-up bar and cafe. All facets of service were very good.
