Hotel bem localizado. Não há necessidade de transporte para se conhecer o centro histórico da cidade. Staff 10. Quarto muito confortável. O melhor chuveiro que encontrei em Portugal e Espanha. É o café da manhã ajuda muito.

Quarto padrão Ibis - pequeno, não tem frigobar, é limpo, bem conservado e atende bem. Banheiro pequeno, mas limpo e bem conservado. Quartos silenciosos e o hotel é bem localizado. Acesso fácil, é possível ir andando do hotel até vários dos principais pontos turísticos de Madri (caminhadas entre curta e média, mas bem agradável e segura dia e noite, dependendo da temperatura). Também com cerca de 11 minutos você chega andando do hotel até o ponto em que passa o ônibus de passeio turístico por Madri (na Calle de Felipe IV). Na região próxima do hotel há algumas lojas, bares e restaurantes. Para ir do hotel até o Estádio do Real Madri/Santiago Bernabéu é só pegar o metrô na estação próxima do hotel (estação Antón Martin), descer na estação de metrô Tribunal e nesta embarcar com destino à estação de metrô Santiago Bernabéu. Também é possível ir de metrô do hotel até a Plaza dos Toros de Las Ventas, basta embarcar na estação de metrô Sevilla (também próxima do hotel) e desembarcar na estação de metrô Ventas. O hotel também fica a menos de 2 Km da estação de trem Puerta de Atocha. O café da manhã no hotel valeu a pena. O atendimento no check-in também foi muito tranquilo e atencioso.

Excelente decor e localizaçao perfeita no centro de Madrid.Pequeno almoço opcional mas de grande qualidade.Possibilidade de parque automovel.Quarto super espaçoso,muito bem equipado e confortável e muito limpo.Adorei a experiência e espero voltar.

Excelente ubicación, excelente desayuno, habitaciones limpias y cómodas (nada del otro mundo para un hotel que se supone es de mayor calidad), pero terrible el aislamiento de las habitaciones… no se puede descansar tranquilo!!! Se escucha absolutamente todo de la calle, de las otras habitaciones, etc!!!

Un hotel centrico, economico, limpio, 6 plazas de aparcamiento, buen desayuno. En recepción se portaron muy bien al preguntar alguna duda.

Excellent hotel! + Friendly, helpful staff! + Fast check-in & checkout + Spacious rooms + Great mattress + Great location just a few minutes on foot to Plaza Santa Ana and Sol + Excellent maintenance / everything worked and looked good + Modern decor + High level of cleanliness and hygiene + Excellent amenities, including shaving cream and shaver. + Good shower pressure - road construction work currently going on by day right outside the hotel - no free water bottles - walls are not very soundproof. But it's not a big deal. - high room rates on weekends

Friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is located in the old part of Madrid. Location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything! Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was ok. Just coffee at the breakfast was not drinkable.

El baño huele a humedad muchísimo, nos dieron únicamente una toalla grande para dos, el regulador del agua de la ducha no funcionaba y no habia escobilla. Al comentarlo su respuesta fue un escueto " lo dejo aquíapuntado"...unas disculpas por los inconvenientes hubiera estado bien

Atendimento excelente na recepção, quarto amplo, limpo e muito confortável. Localização perfeita para explorar as principais atrações de Madrid a pé ou, se preferir, conta com estações de metro nas proximidades. Café da manhã ( pode ser pago à parte) muito farto e com ótima diversidade.

3 stars for 3 stars. truth is booking conned me into believing this was a 4 star hotel - which naturally resulted in disappointment. no toiletries, no water or kettle in room, no slippers, no nothing, just your basic clean hotel room. the location is fantastic, tho. can't beat it. and the staff are lovely too.

Tiene un buffet de desayuno formidable genial . Pero hay que tener cuidado con las habitaciones que dan encima del montacargas nos tocó la segunda planta la 203 y fue una noche de locos con el montacargas se escuchaba hasta en la segunda planta el montacargas es el que lleva al parking de los coches. También hay que tener un poco de cuidado porque como las habitaciones de arriba las empiecen a limpiar se escuchan todos los golpes por lo demás la limpieza y el sitio muy bien. La situación del hotel es la ideal es la tercera vez que repetimos pero para la siguiente tendremos que tener más cuidado con la invitación que elegimos o que nos adjudica.

Clean, modern and friendly hotel. The location is very central and the staff is helpful and friendly. Secure parking within walking distance, but it is very expensive for a just a car park. Rooms are massive and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They had plenty of safety measures in place for the current situation, everyone was wearing face masks and there were plexiglass dividers at the check in desk, the receptionist cleaned her hands before handling anything. The rooms were also all cleaned and often handled items were bagged. The hotel is really centrally located, with all sorts of things within walking distance. The air conditioning worked quite well and with the windows closed no noise from the outside could be heard. Everything in the hotel was well looked after, and for the price is definitely worth a return visit.
