“The hotel is good but the staff need some courses in customer service.. no smiles for two days .. the breakfast needs to be reviewed and staff in the restaurant for breakfast do not care at all. You will wait for your coffee or tea for ages .. just go and ask for it otherwise you will finish your breakfast and no one cares”

“Good hotel, modern and clean.
Beds and pillows are great. Shower and room is modern.
Bad points: wifi could be faster, gym and ironing board are rather small and some of the front desk staff needs a cheer up.
It’s not acceptable that the cleaning staff enters the room with a not disturb sign on!
But in general a very nice hotel.”
